I got a coupon for 1 free medium pizza but it was delivery only. I placed my order and after 30 minutes checked online to see if... the driver was close. The pizza was still in quality check so I decided to just go pick up the order as it would be faster. Igrab the pizza and take it to my car I open it to check and the pizzas weren?t cut. Shocked, I go back into the store and ask ifthey can cut them. They do and I leave with the pizza. I get home and open the box fully and to my horror there is unmeltedbutter globs on BOTH pizzas. I call and ask if they would prefer to just cancel the order or if they would like to remake it.They say they will remake it and make sure it?s made correctly. They also refunded my order. First a phone call to an answering service. I could not understand the young lady on the other end and she had no idea what I... was asking for which was the 599 deal on two pizzas. Ended up with 2 large pepperoni pizzas at 15$ each great sales tactic butnot good customer service. Back to the pizza it was not great. The cheese was not fully cooked and the crust was limp. Wish I read the recent reviews before I ordered here. I accidentally ordered the wrong sauce, called them to let them know and... the guy said ?we can?t do anything about it cuz it?s already in the oven? ????. Really? I?ve worked in fast food for severalyears and we ALWAYS replaced orders to keep customers satisfied and happy. Plus the staff got to just eat whatever was madewrong. I normally don?t post reviews, however, I feel at this point it?s a must. This is the second time I?ve ordered with them where... the service is lackluster. The first time I ordered a chicken parm sandwich- it arrived with about 3 pieces of chicken andhardly any sauce. Ok fine, whatever. I usually order from them and no issues. Moving on. I ordered tonight a chicken parmsandwich. I wait over an hour for food to be delivered. It just arrived and it is a chicken and bacon Sandwich? If I?m going towait over an hour for food I?d at least like the order to be correct. At this point it?s a waste to even call it in to get thecorrect sandwich.
