I did curbside and there is a two minute guarantee or a free large pizza. They stopped my timer before bringing out my food... late. I asked in the moment and the employee apologized, said they were in a rush and blew off the fact that by their policy Ishould get a large pizza. Not cool Dominios. Not cool. Read more

We have be here three time for the carry out curbside delivery and every time we have clicked we are here; the clock starts to... run and 7 to 10 seconds later they stop the timer saying they completed the order. They then proceed to take their time and wereceive our pizza way past the two minute window. September 9, Friday at 19:13 after they did it to us the third time, my wifedecided ask them why they keep doing this. The person that said he was the manager responded with I don't think it's that big ofa deal. Followed by someone saying somebody's on her period. A guy name Christian was the one who yelled the period comment andShaz was the one who said he was the Manager. The first two time we let it go and said nothing but three times in a row is not aaccident. It is a pattern. Read more

Ordered takeout tonight and although the wait time wasn?t bad at all, the pizza was literally not even cooked all the way. It... was extremely soggy and I have to now cook it myself more in the oven. The Parmesan bites also tasted like they had been leftout for over a week, extremely stale. Read more

I ordered a pizza, 32 piece Parmesan Bites, Lava Cakes and a Coke online at noon. The tracker said 25 minutes for delivery. At... 1:00pm the tracker said the order had been delivered....but I had no food. So I called the store. First off, the man whopicked up answered with dead silence for 5 seconds, followed by "HELLO?". I explained that my order was showing as delivered,but we had not received our food. He replied by saying that the tracker doesn't know how many orders are in line at the store. I advised him that the confirmation e-mail also said 25 minutes, and he said the confirmation e-mail doesn't know about thenumber of orders at the store either. He then proceeded to tell me that Top Golf had ordered 30 pizzas right before us, andthat our order would be another 25-30 minutes. Keep in mind we had already waited more than an hour. I asked him if it trulytakes 90 minutes to make one pizza, one order of parmesan bites, one order of lava cakes, and grab a soda from the cooler. Heresponded that it takes longer than 2 minutes to make 30 pizzas. So I said "okay, so you're saying we got bumped to the sidefor a bigger order?" He advised me that they only had 2 people working. Finally I asked him what he could do for me, since wealready waited an hour and how he was telling me it would potentially be another half hour. His response was "well unless youwant to come in and help us make the pizzas, there's nothing I can do for you". I asked to speak with a manager, and lo andbehold.... "I am the manager." At this point I asked him to cancel our order, and magically he disappeared, and the generalmanager came on the line. He explained that he couldn't cancel our order, because the driver was already en route to deliverour food. Interesting, since the "manager" had said 25-30 minutes. I?m not usually the person who go and write reviews but I?m super mad with this store and with the customer service I placed an... order at 7:12 PM tracking my order through the app supposedly 25 minute would be here now is 9:15 and the order is not here yetI called five times they placed me on hold for 4 time they hung up on the the fifth time somebody picked up and she was superrude and told me you just need to wait your order is still on the way we don?t have many drivers here?s the thing is not myproblem I should have received a phone call hey Mr. customer we don?t have enough drivers your food is going to be delayed would you like to keep or cancel no that didn?t happen unbelievable.. is someone please tell what is going on ???????? I never leave bad reviews, but I?m very disappointed with the service I?ve received at this Domino?s location. 2 weeks ago I... ordered a pan pizza for pick up. After getting home with the pizza, I was skeptical just from the look of it. I took only a fewbites before I threw the whole thing in the trash. The cheese wasn?t melted and looked and tasted like it was still in ashredded state right out of a bag. The crust was cold and doughy throughout. Plus the sauce did not taste like the tomato sauceI was expecting, but instead like a spicy buffalo sauce. It was truly the worst pizza I?ve ever had the misfortune of tasting. Icalled the location, and was told that instead of a refund, I would get a pizza credit under my phone number for a large,1-topping pizza. Here is the most disappointing part of the story, and is the main reason I will not be returning to thislocation. I called up tonight to place an order for my free pizza, and when the employee searched for my number, he told me thatI do not have a free pizza credit attached to my number. I explained the situation, but was not offered any assistance orexplanation. I was understanding the first time, since we all have off nights, but refusing to honor the pizza credit isunacceptable.
