i tried numerous times to place order on line and never was able to. i finally called my order in just to get a call center. The... lady spoke broken English. she knew nothing about specials and the final price was almost $40 for 2 pizza and dessert. i get tothe business and she didn't even put my order in. But the gentleman who was at the counter came in and saved the day. i regretnot getting his name but he was friendly courteous and apologetic for someone else mistake. He pushed my order thru and thepizza was hot and good. So the reason i gave a low review wasn't for the store nor the food it was for the incompetence callcenter. Never had a pizza from this location but, their delivery drivers in the Bronze Kia Soul drives unsafely. As was exiting the... Murphy's next door, he whipped in and came within about 3" of clipping my front fender. Didn't Dominos once get sued by someonehit by an employee back in the days they had a 30 minute delivery guarantee or it's free. They stopped that ad after beingsued. This guy that nearly clipped me is probably trying to rush to make maximum deliveries in hopes of making more tips. Heneeds to SLOW DOWN! Probably won't call in any Dominos! I can get a frozen pizza from HEB across the street or the nearbyWalmart and it is actually better than Domino's. Plus, maybe this guy won't be on the road delivering a pizza to me. had problems with issues when i first started using this location, but took issues to the GM and he responded very quickly to... it. since then it has been at least 6 months orders have been accurate and very good service time as well. Read more
I just received the best pizza fully loaded, crispy thin crust. Great delivery drive very polite. I give them a **10**
Mallory was hustling. Others, slug bugs. Tipped some dude just to take my money? Mallory should be getting a piece of the... pie. I didn?t understand why she was the only one working hard??? Horrible customer from the manager from the general manager named Vince made an order on the 9th and made it very very clear... that I don't eat pizza without a wrench I had ordered two mediums lava cakes and three wrenches and never got my wrenches and herefused to replace my order he said that he wasn't his fault that I didn't get the ranches so for that he only replaced the lavacakes very unprofessional very unsatisfied.. I'm asking y'all a question if I didn't get no wrenches so who's fault that was wasit mine or Domino's fault? Nice as far as the manager Vince no customer service whatsoever I don't think Domino's deserves tohave a manager like that that's going to leave customers unsatisfied and unhappy we should get our money worth. Simply disappointed. I just don?t understand how restaurants can claim they close at 1am but when you get there at 12:40 they... say they are closed for the night.
