I arrived at 8:30pm and there was one individual who was sweeping, looked like a table busser. One individual in the kitchen. ... There was one customer at a table. The busser walked right pass me multiple times, did not even greet me. She even went behindthe counter and leaned against it for a couple minutes like she had nothing to do! I was still standing there waiting to beseated. It took about 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me. Once I was seated, I waited about 25 minutes to place anorder. And another 30 minutes to get my food. My appetizer and meal arrived together. My food was sloppy, my wings were overcooked and the buffalo sauce poured on top so was also on my fries and cheese sticks. I also ordered a slam. The eggs hadabout a tablespoon of oil on them, the hash browns were smaller than McDonalds, and the pancakes were oily! I gave up an hourand a half for terrible food and absent service. When I politely expressed my concern about the oil on my eggs that I would notbe eating them, I was told she would give me a 10% discount? on food I did not eat. Disappointed!!! Read more
Mediocre Diner Figured I?d give this place a second try before writing a review. We arrived with not many people in the... restaurant. We were seated immediately so figured the service would be quick. We waited 20 minutes before having our drinkorders placed. We ordered and waited Another 30 to get our food. Had breakfast with the family, food was delicious, the building was retro inside and out. Mercedes was our waitress, she was... very attentive and when we said we did not want bread she searched for other options until she knew we were satisfied. My 9 yearold wants the whole world to know that she "was thr best waitress he's ever experienced" and it was fun to chat with themanager. Definitely a good experience. Read more
