Drove 25 mintes and waited in line for an hour. I ordered 2 dozen chicken and cheese, 1/2 dozen chicken 1/2 sweet and 1 dozen... of chicken in green sauce. Drove home. Opened up my packages and had 2 dozen of bean and cheese tamales. Both packages saidchicken and cheese. Tried to call and the lines rings busy and disconnected. Wow! I don?t even know how you have a tamales place with this many options. You can?t appreciate it unless you?ve made tamales... before. I mean, you?d almost have to cook them in advance or something but these are amazing and incredibly fresh! I can?twrap my mind around how they even do it unless they have a way to cook them super fast as they go but I don?t know how they?d dothat either. Flavors are great! These are perhaps the best Mexican power bars I have ever eaten. Lots of flavor, moist and just the right size. I mean there is... no chance of spraining your tongue, chipping a tooth or anything like that. Clean well kept place with plenty of parking andconveniently located right off the freeway. Taste just like homemade tamales. Everytime we visit San Antonio we bring coolers to stock up on their tamales!! We had to stop... telling family and friends we were visiting because they were always placing orders. We just recommend they visit! We let themcool down in our hotel room. Read more

This is our second time here. Last year we did drive thru due to the pandemic. This time we got to sit and eat. These tamales... are so good. The ones we got were bean and cheese, spicy pork, and chicken with green salsa. It also comes with fresh lettuceand tomatoes to enjoy with your tamales. They also have aguas frescas and coffee. I love watching this business win! They are busy and absolutely crazy this year because their tamales are by far the best.... Picked up our Christmas order today and it was such a smooth process. This place is fantastic. The tamales are actually delicious. You can only order them in groups of 6 or 12, and they're pretty... small, but the price is great as well. It would be nice if you could mix and match individual flavors/types, but we just endedup buying 4 different kinds, so 2 dozen total, and we loved all of them. Read more
