First time here and I'm posting before I leave the parking lot. Every single dish was amazingly delicious. So much heat but not... an uncomfortable amount. The smashed cucumber was crisp and flavorful. The cold garlic noodles had me wanting to forgo the restof the meal and just quietly eat a giant bowl of them. We got the purple moon drink and the prix fixed menu for two and it didnot disappoint. Will absolutely be coming back and attempting to eat my way through the whole menu slowly because I don't wantmy obituary to say I stuffed myself to death. ???? Read more

I really enjoyed the food here, however, this was the most complicated Asian style restaurant I've ever been to. It's built more... with a modern twist and that reflects in its dishes. I can't complain because the food was very good. I must say my girlfriendhad a dish that we thought would not be spicy, because they have peppers ratings next to their dishes, however, it was veryspicy. However, because it was so delicious she/we could not stop eating it, lol. Recommendation for this restaurant would be toadd pictures next to your dishes. I know this comes off kind of ghetto, however I did know what most of the dishes were, so Idefaulted to what I knew. Read more

First time here. We had the chef multi course meal to sample several things. Almost everything had great flavor. The grilled... shrimp's sweet and savory flavor honestly reminded me of when I stayed in Hong Kong. Overall everything was cooked well. Ithought the green beans that are a house speciality felt a little flat on flavor. The main negative was that the service for therestaurant scale/price was really lack luster. I got one glad of water the whole time. I mean it's water... That shouldn't be aproblem to refill timely. I will visit again to try more dishes and give the service another try. Sometimes restaurants' serviceare just off their game. Read more

We ordered the hot and sour soup, jalapeno pork, tangy pork ribs, soup dumplings, and the crispy spicy tofu. Everything was very... tasty. The hot and sour soup was chunky and flavorful - they must have fixed the previous sweet issue. The jalapeno pork wastender and light. The pork ribs are little niblets with a very interesting flavor. The soup dumplings were tasty, however theway they steamed them, they stuck together so once you got them apart and on your spoon, most of the soup fell out. I did getone whole one and the broth was light and delicious. The crispy spicy tofu was really good but damn spicy. It's that goodtingly, make you sweat, but you're going to be thinking about it all night kinda spicy. All of the staff was friendly and thefood came out really fast. The people at the table next to us were enjoying their food so much they leaned over to describeevery dish they had. We left full but not heavy. We will definitely be back to try more things. I want to start off by saying this place is stunning as soon as you walk through the door. The decor and ambiance is a whole... vibe. Our waitress was Jess and she was very educated on the menu and helpful with any questions we had. The food came out fastand accurate and was delicious. Everything that Jess recommend was great. The drinks were also strong and well mixed. We had thesavory and spicy shrimp which I strongly recommend, kung pao shrimp, fried rice, chicken dumplings and green beans. I willdefinitely be back anytime I’m in San Antonio. Read more

I enjoyed my dinner here, but to be completely honest I prefer Sichuan House. If you want something more modern with a... “nicer” ambiance, this is your place. For me though, I prefer their previous restaurant, especially the menu items that Iwas missing such as the twice cooked pork belly. The fact that you are by default given a fork and knife and not offeredchopsticks told me that this wouldn’t be my type of place. All that being said, the food and drink were very good, and like Isaid, if this is more your style of restaurant, I do recommend it. The staff did a great job as well. Read more

We really enjoyed our lunch. This was our first time here and both the person who sat us and our server, Andrew, were very... helpful on giving ordering tips. We both had drinks, because of course I needed the purple moon, which were excellent andbeautifully presented. We got one lunch special and one crispy fish. The food was great, spicy, but tasty. Decor is also verynice, enjoyable experience all around. Read more

Celebrated a friend's birthday here s few nights ago. I must say that from beginning to end, the experience was top tier. The... staff were very friendly and courteous. We were seated right away even though half of the party wasn't there yet. Our server wasfriendly, just the right amount of attentive and very helpful. Hayley, helped us navigate through the menu. Food was just rightlevel of spicy and flavor giving justice to the Sichuan style of Chinese cuisine. We were a large ish group so we tried almost athird of their menu and not one was dissapointing. We also tried a few of their signature cocktails. Mine was ok. Quick service, nice ambiance, clean men's washroom. Lots of parking. Will definitely return and try the rest of the menu. Read more
