I ordered curbside for speed and convenience. A bunch of people went in after I confirmed I was here, ordered, and got their... orders before I did. I only ordered one cookie, they ordered boxes. I ended up having to go in to get my cookie. I normallydon?t mind waiting because they get busy, but this time 3 people ordered after me and got their orders before I did. I ordered fresh cookies yesterday for delivery as their website advertises. Unfortunately, these cookies did not taste fresh nor... did they feel fresh as majority of them were hard. Quality has gone downhill. Consistently they overuse cream cheese for specialty cookies that has zero flavor or doesn?t try to... taste like what they are using it to supplement or substitute for. Had the fried ice cream cookie and there is zero attempt atgetting anywhere near the flavors. The cream cheese they use is generic and doesn?t have strong flavor you?ll get the grain ofplain sugar. I have gone to this place 2 times already!!!! They are the best cookies around!! They come out with new flavors each week so... it's not boring!!!! Stopped by the new location at Vance Jackson and 1604. Staff was friendly and extremely welcoming. Great atmosphere everyone was... smiling. That being said. The product is AMAZING. I only have one word to describe these cookies, YUM. I?m usually not keen on spending a ton of money on dessert, but I got... these for a special occasion and I?m so glad I did! Review based on a couple of visits. Better than the other location - personnel is friendlier. The Ice cream wasn?t tasty - felt... like it melted before and then was placed in the freezer (ate a teaspoon and had to toss away). Cookies were tasty. The milk wasthe regular Oak Farm and not branded. The wait time was very long (I placed a curbside pick-up and the wait time was 20 minuteslonger than the estimated). Read more
