The food was pretty good. We ordered the Toasted Juicy Lucy and the Loaded Tender Fries. The cheese was a little much for us.... Next time I would order with no cheese and add one of their sauces. Also the cashier could be more friendly taking orders, Ilike a smile with my service. ;) Read more

Extremely tasty chicken tender tacos. They brought some serious heat to those cluckin' tacos! The slaw and pickle cooled things... down. Loved every bite. Great night at The Block! Read more

The food truck it?s self is nice and the menu is as easy to read as you can get without it looking too bland. When I ordered I... asked for medium hot, but I think the worker only heard ?medium? so the chicken wasn?t very flavorful. Still juicy and hot butno real flavor. The toast was good and the sauce too, but the fries are kind of bland. I?d suggest getting seasoned fries. Ithink what brings it down to 3 stars was the service. The service was pretty slow, like the slowest service I?ve ever gottenfrom a fried chicken place, and it wasn?t very busy when I went. However, I plan on going again to see if it?s any different asecond time. Read more

I got a 1 tender sandwich as well as a 3 tender basket with fries. Tenders are a good size, the tenders weren't as spicy as the... sandwich and I had gotten the same spice level on both. No biggie though. Sandwich was really good! Their special sauce wassimilar to canes but better and less thick. Yes the prices are pretty high. I would try again, mostly likely a sandwich only. But only when I feel like splurging on something like this. Read more

very juicy tenders seasoned perfectly inside a stamped bun with sauced cole slaw to cool it down. i ordered the ?very hot? (4th... spiciest) & it wasn?t quite as hot as i expected. however, my sando was still quite delectable, had me licking my fingaz! i?vehad plenty of hot chicken sandwiches (in Houston particularly), and this spot hangs with all of them. not quite the best i?veever had, but still top 5. also tried the loaded waffle fries & they were bomb too. added plus for the venue in ?the block?, wasa fun place to let my cousin run around while i ate. The Instagrammable food is not enough to combat the experience Clutch City Cluckers gives you. The food is pricey, but it?s hard... to justify why. It?s good?but not $12+ good. Additionally, the service was terrible- the girl taking our order was the least bitfriendly and rolled her eyes when I ordered the chicken and waffles. ?Weekends only,? she told me as if it were obvious, thoughit were not indicated on the menu. We weren?t given napkins, utensils, or anything of the sort; just our food in a bag. The waittime was short and the servings were big, so three stars it is. You?re better off going to Smack?s Chicken Shack. Read more

Had been wanting to try this for a while now! I ordered the cheesy bun sandwich with one tender. I decided to get medium spice... to try to see if it was good without having my taste buds fall apart. Overall great sandwich and the idea of nacho cheese goesreally well with a chicken sandwich. Went on Saturday around 2pm so there was no line! I've seen that at night it gets extremelypacked. Would recommend!! Read more
