Waited in drive thru 15 minutes lady never came back to take care of me. I went in waited another 15 to 20... Watching... everybody in the drive-thru now getting serviced and food... And yes my order had been taken at least and I was just waiting forthem to fill my order... The manager said well there's just two of us here I was like this there's two go on there but I'm notgetting any of my food everybody else getting theirs. Read more

The awesome super rude older lady working the drive thru who pointed out that if I was upset with her attitude and service. I... could always take it up with a way older gentleman claiming to be the G.M. / Store manager. Why is this lady who is clueless,ignorant and a total ^ss working in food service industry where families ???? go to spend their hard earned money only to betreated disrespectfuley. SHAME ON YOU! It started taking our order Wrong how can you do that for the Wednesday special and saidI ordered something else ???? NO I didn't so appolige because I'm not going to sweat it and politely ask for the chicken underthe heat lamp and not from the warmer, because I'm going to the other side of 410 and San Pedro. No I'm told with rolling eyesand that smug face. I ordered a side of tenders and saw another lady use a pitcher to fill up the gravey cups from a much largerpot, but U could see gravey dried and kegged on and her RT hand splash by the gravey "No gloves" it got bad!!!! I was the only one... there and it was very apparent they were not prepared for the lunch rush. No acknowledgment, explanation or apology on the longwait for my two items. Everyone has off days but that doesn't mean you take it out on the customer... overall, disappointingand I'd go to a better location. Read more
