The mangers are rude and do not believe in customer service where the customers are always right. I came in for a three piece... mix meal and got home and seen that I received a three piece tender meal. When I called and spoke with the night manager andthen the day manager ( who are the owners) they both said I ordered a three piece tenders not a three mixed. They refused tocorrect the error as is normal tradition with all restaurants in the USA. The owners are Indians and not Familiar with UScustoms. Avoid this location there is no way to post without at least one star thus only one star vs no star as it deserves. Read more

The food was very. My chicke sandwich was delicious the only thing that was horrible was the drive thru. I waited in the drive... thru for 25 minutes just for my sandwich. This happened yesterday on Sunday May 15th. I drove thru the drive thru because Ithought it would be quicker instead there was a truck in front of me that didn't know what they wanted then the employees insidetold them if they could wait for a few minutes well those few minutes turned into 10 minutes then 10 minutes turned into 20minutes then the guy inside said can I take your order. The drive thru is so small and narrow that I wanted to just leave but Ididn't have a choice. I couldn't go in reverse and I couldn't go forward either it was horrible. When it got to my turn to orderi knew what I wanted so I ordered it quickly and was only able to move up a couple of inches. Then at the window the guy didn'topen the window and tell me my total instead he was just holding on to the window where you lock it and unlock it for almost aminute them he opens it and tells me my total i gave him my credit card then he gave it back and I still waited another minutebefore I got my sandwich. Food came out quick, order was accurate, food was hot, fresh and crispy. Spicy chicken had good flavor. Employees were friendly... and worked with me when they didnt have enough spicy chicken to fill a full order.. Was a good experience, better than some ofthe other locations Ive been to. Read more

It's close by my mom's, never had an order given incorrectly and the staff is cool man. Thighs, jalapeño bombers, macaroni and... mashed potatoes is all I need bruh! Read more
