Great location but just took long to order, plus window clerk to hurry to take order missed order notes. But over all he fixed... it and was ok. 4 out of 5 well because wait time for only being one car and the screw ups. Will visit again if in area tho. Read more
They were lucky to get 1 star. After paying for our meal, we were told by some guy that we had to leave. It was 5:45 when being... told by the manager to leave. We just sat to cool down and eat our meals. We were forced to leave with no actual reason. Justthat a customer came in complaining it was hot so they have to shut all churches down. When I got there a young African American lady helped me out on drive through and she was super rude .I said thank you like 4 times and she never replied . She gave me an open Mac n cheese and I said excuse me this is open andwith an attitude she said what else you want that was the last one . But that wasn?t all after eating my meal I noticed the sodawas a little off and I felt tingling in my throat , guess what ???? There was ants and bugs like in my drink look at thepictures im sure I swallowed a few because I only noticed when I saw the ice . Disgusting!!!! Never coming back . So disappointed. I rarely eat fried chicken but I really was hungry for that today. So I dropped by the drive thru and ordered... the 3 piece. The chicken tasted terrible. I cut open each piece but all were the same. Tasted like old meat and crust wasstinky and dry. I wished I would've read these reviews beforehand. They're all pretty bad. Now I know. If you live a decent distance away, don't go to this location. Quick to sell you uncooked chicken, and an order that isn't... complete. Apparently, according to the girl working at this moment that answered the phone, it's not the restaurants fault theyserved me raw chicken, and didn't give me a complete order. I thought that's why I'm also the one that needs to go and take careof it tomorrow, because it's an inconvenience to have a manager working right now. Well, I mean, inconvenient to have someoneavailable willing to help? But hey, they got me in the book. Also, don't try to inquire which manager or employee didn't dotheir job that day. Okay I lived in the area 10 years never realized this place was here. I got some chicken and came on here to review and saw the... other reviews and photo and almost puked in my mouth because those photos are gross and I literally just ate there and enjoyedmy chicken but.....now I'm feeling grossed out. Personally no bugs innout chicken the biscuits were absolutely delicious...andthe large fried were yummy....wish they were bigger for a family side. I didn't see any bugs if I saw that review I wouldn'thave gone.....is that real or sabotage...? Who knows here are my photos. Read more
DISGUSTING!!! To start, the lady taking our drive thru order kept interrupting me and went radio silent a couple times. Finally... get to the window and she tells me to hold on while she continues to text. I expected this kind of customer service from thisplace but then we get our order and of course, they forget some items. We get our complete order to the house and bite into afew pieces to find a ROACH embedded into the fried crust of the chicken. This was the final straw for me and judging by theother comments, this place needs to be closed or corrected immediately. Read more
Been here three times and each time either there was a 45 minute wait for a simple combo meal or they just don?t have ANYTHING ... in stock! Not worth stopping by unless you want whatever random selection they decided to stock that day .
