They girl named Genevieve take forever to take an order I literally waited 10 mins at the speaker mind you she only had 3 cars... one at the window, me and someone behind me. Finally got on the speaker and said she would be right with me okay fine a couplemins later she starts to take my order doesn?t finish & pulls me up to complete my order she couldn?t find the coupon code thatI had so wait another couple minutes finally she says I still can?t find the code so I said can you get a mgr to discount it tothe price of the coupon okay that?s settled then she says we have been out of corn since earlier but it?s been busy Like whycouldn?t you have said that at the speaker. And busy 3 cars is not busy she tried to argue with me about not knowing what?s it?slike to work fast food. Mind you I been in fast food for 10+yrs . We went last night to return our food. The chicken had an ugly fishy smell. The cole slaw we got had a date and time of Thursday... 2:30 and I purchased at 9:30pm so it had been sitting there for a while it was all brown and mushy. Worst customer service ever.The two employees there were cussing and while I was there trying to get a refund 2 more people showed up with same issue. I hadto call the police because they would not refund my money. Leon the manger did not do anything to help and turns out that hisdaughter works there too and she was the one being super rude even threw the food I took back on the floor as you can tell shewas frustrated with the situations that were going on and people coming back for refunds. So tonite I was sold expired chicken that smelled so bad that when I gave manager box she instantly thew it away. And refused... to give me refund.
