I went there for repair of the location and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was super clean and there... conversation was minimal and yet very entertaining!! Never go here unless you like waiting for a long period of time. Waited inside for ten minutes in line while others in front of... me didn't even get helped. I saw six people leave while waiting and still didn't get serviced. Idk how they make business butthere is plenty of competition that deserves my money that has way better services. Bush's, Popeyes,KFC. I'll gladly pay morefor their product for the service alone. Bad bad location guys. They don't even move like they are working. This was by far the best Church's I've gone to. The customer service experience was so AWESOME!!! I thought I had left San... Antonio because It actually startled me because I'm not used to receiving genuine customer service in my 30 years of living inSan Antinio????. I will definitely make this my go to Church's, even if I have to drive pass my neighborhood Church's. To topthe customer service the store is squeaky clean and the employees actually are super friendly and handles their duties as ateam. Thanks for the great experience. Best Church's I've ever been too. Mainly because of the outstanding customer service. The manager on duty was training a... gentleman On his first day and I've never seen so much patience paired with excellent customer service from the manager and theyoung lady who was also new and the gentleman who was on his first day of the job. I really like Church's Chicken. With a big chicken thigh in one hand and a big jalapeno in the other, I alternate taking bites... out of each and just love it. I also love their okra. I ordered an extra side of okra to go with my meal. It was awesome Read more
