Ordered online around 6:30 pm, got there around 6:45 and they were closed apparently. The open sign was on and there were people... inside, but I wasn?t able to get my food. The staff is horrible. I have had bad experiences with them several times but this time was the last I will ever try to do... anything with this location. Walked in the two lady workers sitting in the customer area looked at me like I wasn?t welcomelooked at me like man I got to get up and wait on this guy. Waited about 4 minutes and finally the lady working there I believeis the manager yelled at me and said IM GONNA TELL RIGHT NOW ALL WE HAVE IS DARK MEAT AND DONT ASK FOR NO SIDES. it?s hard tobelieve this place has not had the franchise taken away from them. They have a nasty very nasty attitude. The truth is I don?tunderstand how they stay in business. Can?t talk about the food because I have never in 4 attempts to get some chicken I havenever been able to have a order completed. They either don?t have chicken or they won?t wait on you. I wanted the Smokehouse chicken, they didn't have it. OK fine. I ordered a 3 piece with the mashed potatoes and gravy for the... side and an extra side of Mac and cheese.. I also wanted an Apple pie they said it would take 7 to 10 minutes for that. Iwanted okra they didn't have that either. I get home no mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese was burnt and dry. The worst Church's I've been too, this was my 3rd and last time! They're always rude and act put out when they take your order... in the drive through!! I ordered two #3's, both with unsweet tea, I got two #2's, and one tea. I ordered jalapeños poppers, sheasked how many, I told her one regular size, she laughed like a smart a$$!! The chicken was cold and the batter tasted old, themashed potatoes and gravey didn't taste like they normally do!! I would give zero stars if that was an option!! Read more
Had a good experience one Saturday so I came back for lunch during the week. The service was bad, with the cashier full of... attitude. I would forgive that if the food was good but the gravy was water. Not "watery," it was straight up water. Read more
Got here at 7:30pm and the lady told me she was closed. I looked at the sign and said they don?t close until 8:00pm and she said... she only had the cook and herself there. If that?s the case, close down shop. She had a whole bunch of chicken there! Not cool. Read more
