Sat and sat and sat waiting for at least a freaking drink as times slowly creeps by we still don't receive any service sitting... in the parking lot waiting for them to bring us our food they won't even give us our drinks. The drive though lady was talking to me and someone else at the same time, she didn't even get my order before she told me thank... you have a great day. I was super confused who she was talking to. The only reason it has two stars is because my chicken washot and fresh. Read more
Left out a whole combo, and a peach cobbler. Went back and went into the front door, lady told me they were closed, I continued... to tell her it wasn't locked, thought restaurant was open. I continued to tell her my items were missing. She went back for justthe sandwich then I told her if the cobblers in there, went back with attitude and put itin the bag. Asked again if the frieswere in there after she put the cobbler and she got upset and went back to get the fries. She continued to tell the crew outloud in front of me with no hesitation she was never doing this again. Gave me my food. Very first time going to this location, went thru through the drive thru, its very close to home, got home ready to eat and THIS... is thr very first thing i see upon opening my sandwich bag....half the bottom bun i BURNT, so bad scrapping it with a butterknife doesn't help! Read more

Love the new churches chicken sandwich!! Although what I hate about this location is that they close an hour earlier that what?s... posted. Not sure how corporate would feel about this. The girl was just there on her phone an hour before closing. Same girlthat was talking to friends or family the last time I was here. This is ridiculous and she should be let go. Read more
I picked up a box of legs and thighs last night. It was the worst chicken I have ever gotten at all his location! The pieces... were small and dry! It was definitely not fresh!!! I have tried calling the store repeatedly last night and also today, theynever answer the phone. When I get out again I will definitely stop by and let them know how poor my chicken was! Read more
