Not my best experience at Church's. I requested a 24-piece tender strip meal and the gentleman over the speakerphone said that... they didn't have enough tender strips and that it would be a while. So I asked if they had enough for the 15 piece tenderstripmeal and he said no they still didn't have enough. My surprise was that it was 12:00 and they didn't have tender strips readyfor a family meal during summer time. I asked for an extra brown gravy to be added to the order and it was forgotten. Biscuitsand two family sides came with the order, but the biscuits were dry and hard. Usually, with this meal, we get 4 white gravy'sbut we were only given 2 small gravy bowls. I'm not sure if they were trying to skimp on the gravy but when you have a rush houryou prepare with fresh products. It just does not calculate: 2 small gravy's for 24 tender strips?? There were clumps in thewhite gravy as if they hurried to make it and then of course we bit into a couple of those flour clumps. The tender strips werenot at all impressive. Half of them seemed old and then we also had 2 in pieces of chicken that were counted as tender strips.In reality, I counted 21 tender strips so we were shorted 3 tender strips (not to mention that three of those 21 tender stripswere basically chicken nuggets). The customer service was okay, but not very attentive as the brown gravy and 3 tenders weremissing from our meal. Bad experience for tenders and biscuits at this Church's. Won't be returning. I love Church's chicken, but when I tried the bbq half chicken(new), it wasn't good. I think it would have been good if they had... not left it under the heating lamp so long. The person serving that should have seen it was dry and looked overcooked. Also, itis half a chicken but it must be a baby. It's pretty small. I may give it another shot, but I will open the box right away tocheck it. Read more

These people are just rude. I will never come to this one. I hate their attitudes. Oh since I can add-on to the window I guess I... will add-on that this place food quality and services is not even sub-par. I can't express how much a hate this church's. Literally only 8-9 fries in the bag.... And they were smashed at the bottom of the box I just took em out for the count. Idk... what it is but this location has done nothing but disappoint lately. Whether it be presentation of food..lack of food...or lackof friendly service. :/ Read more
Terrible! To start off the staff was rude and not friendly or helpful. It just seems that poor management of pretty much... everywhere I go is becoming the standard because at the last 4 to 5 drive thru windows I've gone to forgets something. In thiscase I ordered a #3 chicken strip meal for about $7 and they forgot to give me my drink. Damn. So my experience here at church'swas just plain bad. Read more
Would not recommend. I waited in drive-through to place an order 10 minutes no response as I was even saying hello. So I thought... maybe it was down. I pulled up to the window three of the workers looked right at me. Not one of them open the window and saidmay I help you. So I left. And they were not busy and now I know why. I wish I didn?t have to give a one star just to post areview because if I didn?t have to they wouldn?t even get that. Read more
