The worst Church's franchise in San Antonio Texas. This churches connected to the Shell gas station it's pathetic because it... does not know how to properly cook chicken, it's always burnt, is there any chances that I have given it to properly eat wellcooked chicken? And it's always disappoints me that it's burnt so the taste lingers on. They told me that they don't give SeniorCitizens Discount anymore because they have new owners. The pieces have got the smaller but the chicken still ends up with a lotof fried batter and burnt. I recommend not to waste your time unless you love burned Fried Chicken if you don't believe me goahead and waste your money here. I am from the south side of San Antonio and that's where I will go the extra mile to getproperly cooked Church's fried chicken the prices are ridiculous for burned Chicken. In the Southside and Eastside the Church'sFried chicken ???? is cooked Perfect with the delicious Juicy flavor dripping and the fries are always good. Ever since I movedfrom the Southside every Church's Fried chicken stand has closed down because of poor management ???? . It's not the chickenit's the management. I just learned my favorite Church's on Alamo and IH-35 by the Arsenal Post Office is closed and the staffhad the best employees working there, they always had a great attitude and great personality. Today's experience was awful. I went through the drive through and they told me my order will take 6 minutes to be ready and... that I needed to park in the front of the restaurant and they will bring my order to me. Over 30 minutes passed and no onebrought me anything. I went inside of the restaurant to ask for my order and the employee was surprised like she totally forgotabout my order. She apologized and then said that they didn't have now all the items to complete my order. She offered otheritems but at the end of the day the experience was non acceptable. Read more
I will be calling corporate this is ridiculous On this side of town all places have 3 star reviews and it's pretty... annoying. I went here even after seeing reviews gave it a 1 time try and the food was OLD ! FROM COLESLAW TO MAC and chicken tasted like OLD DARK OIL ! staff was so rude and took way to long for NO ONE in drive threw CLOSE THIS churches down if youcan't provide GOOD Customer service AND FRESH FOOD your buisness will FAIL so correct it or close it DOWN. Can we talk about how terrible this location is? I?ve lived in the area almost 2 years now. When I feel like getting church?s... info this location because it?s close. Twice I have gone and gotten old chicken. Like it?s been in an oven to reheat, badly atthat. Also when you call no one answers the phone, ever. When you order in the drive thru the workers are lazy and are quick tomake excuses for not having stuff that?s on the menu. Ordered a 12 piece meal for $30 and when the food arrived (through DoorDash), the box had 8. I called THREE times with no... answer. I drove out here and the restaurant is locked with 8+ cars in the drive-thru. This is not okay at all. If y?all can?tkeep the place running, shut it down instead of disappointing customers.
