Family friendly and love that kids can only leave with an adult. Prices are overpriced, but I guess it evens out with the games.
We didn't eat just wanted to have some fun. As a single mother of 2 boys ages 5 and 9 this was a great place to go. They also... had the option to buy a game card with points or minutes. The minutes one worked so well for me and my family. I only wanted tobe there for an hour and so once the time was up my boys were good to go. Rather than fight because big brother used more pointsto play and now we're all out we all got to play game after game! The restaurant was very clean. We had a blast!! Read more
The management here is great! They made sure we were well taken care for our little bday get together. I recommend to go during... the week when it isn't as packed like it gets on the weekends. Read more
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I have been pushing off & pushing off going to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time because my 5 & 2 yo... have been begging me! FIRST TIME EVER here and it will be the LAST TIME! I ordered 2 pizzas which were disgusting, the gameswere dirty & not working! The RR were DIRTY AF, completely unacceptable! I wanted my kids to love this place!!! I WOULD NEVERRECOMMEND CHUCK E. CHEESE TO ANYONE. I am extremely disappointed. I did get half of a refund, I really should of gotten a fullrefund. Sad place. Brought my 4 year old for her birthday I ordered a cake and it took 30 minutes to get and it was frozen and they didn't bother... to mention there were no decorations aka edible sheets available. It was so frozen I forced my candle in it. Then they wanted meto wait another 20 minutes for another cake. Got my money back. Chuck E came out to dance with kids and was not even motivatedto move. Very sad that a place for kids is not very welcoming. Staff was very serious and not too friendly. Read more
Had been a while since we were able to enjoy Chuck E. Cheese, when we went for a birthday party recently the kids had a blast... and food was good. Brought back some good memories! Read more
Life long Peter Piper guy here but that might change. This place was clean and staff was friendly. Our party host was nice as... well (Tori). Food was fast and delicious. The young and older kids had fun with the games. I think maybe 1 or 2 games were outof service. (Not like the other guys). They even have beer but this is San Antonio, so they should consider selling pitchers ofbeer. ???? ???????????? Read more
There were a lot of guests in the late evening. We were trying to play the games we were putting in our card and it would work... the only thing was there was no disk for the hockey game. We wanted to play basketball there was no ball. We wanted to play theclown game and there were no balls. We were just putting the card for nothing. Parents please tell your kids to place items backwhen they finish Come on. Also the carousel to make it work you place your card and give it a push to get it to start. Ourfamily had a bad experience trying to play the games. at the end no one was at the stamp area to check out stamps. I wouldrecommend going during the day there's Harley no people like lunch time.
