My 1 time in this chain restaurant. It was just after 5 pm. The food was nearly empty. What was there was dried out. My wife... asked for fresh vegetables the young lady stated they were out it would be at least 7 minutes maybe longer. The place wasdirty. They decided to empty the trash right beside my table while I was eating. Very nasty. I seen the girl take trash out andnext thing you know she comes back with plastic forks handling the eating side of the fork with her bare hands No foodsanitation in place anywhere. Went here for lunch today and the young lady working by herself at the front used the same gloves to serve food for multiple... customers, used the marker to write on the lids, grabbed cheese and lettuce, and operated the cash registersimultaneously. Everyone else in the back was using their phone while preparing guacamole laughing and not caring about thesanitary issues going on in front of the customers and the line looked extremely dirty. I think I saw a manager figure alsousing his phone while preparing ingredients as well since he had a different Chipotle shirt on than everyone else. The food wasalright, not fresh since it was lukewarm when I bite into it, and the chips were stale and raw. You can pull it apart and it'llstill stick together and has the texture of construction paper. I had to throw it away since it was no point in continuing toeat it. As I was eating a long line started forming and the poor young lady was still by herself serving food to all thosecustomers on her own, until the line started moving down to only 3 customers left, finally someone came out and helped her. I amnot trying to bash, but I have been a restaurant manager for multiple restaurants. This is just a result of poor management andpoor training on food safety awareness for everyone involved in the restaurant. Whoever manages this restaurant may not careabout the job, but YOUR customers are consuming YOUR products at the end of the day, and it's your responsibility to ensure thatthe food is safe for everyone, including you. I always go to this chipotle and I've never had a long wait or bad service. It can be a little slow for pickup orders but the... line usually moves quickly. The agua frescas are always empty when I visit which sucks, but they have other good drinks. Thestaff is nice and the store is clean Read more

I ordered a veggie hard taco with a vegan bowl and salsa . By the time I got my order the hard taco got soggy . My order was... missing salsa , and wait for it ? there was chicken in my vegan bowl !!!! Basic respect for giving me what I am paying for ismissing . Read more

Ordered a couple burrito Bowls for delivery and some chips, was getting close to the end of their shift so they decided to throw... what ever they wanted to in them. White rice became brown rice, steak became pork. I'm glad I don't have religious issues ofeating pork because I didn't realize until I ate the first bite. My wife on the other hand got the scraps of the pork when shealso ordered steak. Neither one of us finished our food because all I could think is if they had this little care I only wonderwhat else they do in their kitchen. Read more

Service was terrible, I was standing around being ignored for my order pickup for 10 minutes. Floors were full of trash and... food, the kitchen looked dirty and unsanitary. The food prep station was covered in little bits of food from the wall to theregister. My food was COLD as if it was in the fridge.
