Food is great but the staff could communicate pricing changes due to extras or choices as they create ones meal. A meal that... could have cost under $15 is going to cost over $20 by the time you get to check out. My burrito was leaking out of the paperbag by the time I got home. Car carpeting was stained and smelling chipotle. Could have been wrapped better. Otherwise it wasstill great to eat. Read more

Every single time we order from this location, it never fails that the mess something up. The staff is always rude and will... avoid even coming to the drive thru window unless you make awkward eye contact with them. They never ever say anything, theyjust have an ugly blank stare and don?t say a word when handing us the food. They also never have the order ready on time. Read more

I come to this location regularly and today I came by and they were out of the Berry drink that's my favorite and Gia took the... time out of her day to make it. This really made very special and made my day, I would DEFINITELY recomend this location toanyone looking for a great custumer service! Thank you very much as Gia! Read more

I had the worst, most inconvenient, and frankly embarrassing experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. I placed a catering order... for pickup at this location for 8:45 PM. The order was for 25 people. I showed up after an event to pick it up and take foodback to the attendees, and the restaurant had no clue there was an order. The DID receive it, and confirmed that it was theright day, time, and location. But had NO explanation as to what went wrong. To make matters worse, their kitchen waspractically closed even though they were over an hour from official close time. They said it would be 45 mins-1 hr before theycould have the order ready. My event was over. I had 25 hungry people to feed and they wanted me to wait an hour, even thoughI'm sure it would've likely been longer. I had to find a restaurant that could seat 25 people on short notice, on a FRIDAY.Luckily, BJs Brewhouse came through and we didn't even have to wait. I called this location the next day and they LITERALLYwould not let me speak to the GM (who's card they gave us the night before.) They insisted I call the "customer care" line to betaken care of. They said "we can't give you the GM's number" but I wasn't even asking for it. I just wanted them to take mynumber and have the GM call me back. Nope. Service line or bust. (BTW, they still had my $350.) I called the line. Surprisesurprise, it was an answering service. They said someone would "call or email me back." Obviously, I knew they wouldn't call.They emailed. I asked for a call in the email. They asked for more info. I asked again for a call. They didn't reply. After 6.5hours I replied again with an explanation. Still no call. They still have my money. This was this past Friday. Today is Tuesday.I put a lot of money through Chipotle. Not only do I eat there regularly with my family, I do several large catering orders ayear through an organization I am with. But they don't care. Walked in an hour before closing. I'm the only one in line. 3 people are in front of me. No one takes my order. No one even... acknowledges me. Someone else comes by and puts on the plastic gloves to handle the food. Great. He'll take my order. Nope, hestarts filling a mobile order. Then someone looks up and say "we'll be with you soon". A paying customer is standing there and 4people just completely ignore me. Time to go. On the way out, I ask a staff member who's rearranging chairs or something what'sgoing on. She mumbles sorry and goes back to the chairs. I guess they all wanted to close early that night. Chipotle just lostmy business. I?ve visited this location several times and have been pleased with their service and friendliness. However, yesterday I got... trapped in the pickup line for about 40 minutes. When I did get to the window, I was charged for the guacamole I had used a freedigital coupon for and then found that they hadn?t added the cauliflower rice I paid extra for. Really disappointed. Drive-through drive-through drive-through this is the number one most important thing at this location. New location very clean... friendly staff food good kept warm like it?s supposed to be. Inside tables spaced out properly also very clean decor is nice.Has a drive-through on the side so you don?t have to come in if you don?t want to and they have separate station to make foodfor that window as well to not slow down the other side. Location also has very nice patio with tables that have coveredumbrellas so you can enjoy your time even in the sun. Good job setting up this location it?s nice and I think it will be one ofthe better locations. Read more
