Went and tried to get a lifestyle build your own bowl the girl tried handing me a child?s plate and said she couldn?t do a... lifestyle bowl, she said that?s all we have but she had no idea what she was says because I could see right in front on her thebowls to make what I wanted , another customer told her what I wanted she said she had to ask to make that and charge me extra!!So at that point of her asking around she came to her own conclusion she was going to charge me extra. I ordered No meats orchicken no rice , No drink or extra anything, all veggies. I also informed her I had I ordered the same thing online before andit didn?t come out to what she was charging me . She said this is what it comes out to if I wanted it that?s what I have to payshe was rude and had attitude and i wasn?t about to make others in-line wait even more so I paid . I am very disappointed with this location. The past 5 online orders I have made have been incorrect. For me to go back and forth... to have them "fix" the mistake is a waste. On one occasion I did go back to get replacement bowls. What I received was not evenclose to what we ordered (4 bowls). instead of remaking the bowl, they tried adding the missing items but leaving the incorrectitems in, then cover with lettuce. When I checked the bowls to make sure they were correct, it was still missing the guac andthey added sour cream. I do not like sour cream so therefor the bowl for me was uneatable. So they took the bowl back and whenthey brought it back to me it looked like they dropped the bowl on the floor and scooped it up and threw it back into the bowl.Just a complete mess, and the managers response was, sorry we are just busy. So if you want Chipotle, wait in line and make sureyou get what you want. If you order online, you have a 20% of getting your order correct and good luck on getting a replacementif you are willing to drive back and get them to fix it. Read more
Ordered ahead and my order wasn?t ready for 15 minutes after the time stated. When I unwrapped the foil on my burrito and it was... completely falling apart (see picture). They forgot my order the last time I ordered ahead too but they at least gave me a freemeal. Very disappointed with this Chipotle and will not be returning. Read more
Came here for the first time today, August 10th and had lunch. They were pretty busy and the food was pretty good. The brown... rice was only cooked about halfway. That made the bowl a little disappointing. The Coke was nearly flavorless. They were busybut one worker should be cleaning the tables and chairs immediately after customers leave. We should not have had to do it. Wewill be back because this place is still better than some of the other stores. Read more
