Last time coming here... Was craving Chipotle, and thought I would give it ONE more chance. Last few times, my orders were... wrong, and today, I asked for EXTRA lettuce and cheese. I probably counted 10 strands of romaine, and I would assume a teaspoonof cheese. Very disappointing after paying close to $12 for it. Hope you have better luck than I have had. Had a bad experience today, 10/17. Dined in and got a burrito. Nobody was working the register so even when my burrito was... sitting right there I had to wait ~5 minutes for the woman making food to help a few other people before she came by to ring meup. She just handed me the burrito in the foil, didnt ask if I needed a bag or if I'd be dining in. It was my first time atChipotle in a while, because who goes to Chipotle in San Antonio surrounded by great Mexican food, but I was in a rush. I got a steak bowl with double meat And the guy in front of me got single meat and it was the exact same serving size. Also the... meat was horribly chewy where was mostly gristle. By the way extra meat was $4.95 for a half a scoop of meat. Not worth it atall. Read more
Overall, another winner!! The line was long when we walked in but, it moved super fast. It was a machine. I ordered the chicken... bowl with guac, and loaded down on all the fixins!! They were out if small cups and gave me a large, NO CHARGE!!! Chips werecrispy and good. Drink fountain was stocked. They have some kind of "mexican" type drinks but, they were not running orfilled. I?m not sure why chipotle especially this area is always giving me a hard time and ALWAYS getting my order wrong. This is NOT... the first time. Last time they made both bowls completely wrong and I had to argue with the front of house lead to remake mywhole order and she wanted to charge me for the chips w/guac that I ordered in my original order even though they forgot theguac! This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a veggie bowl and they gave me a bowl with just rice/chx & cheese. That is nowhere near a veggie bowl. I would like my money back or at least them remake my food and deliver it to me. Read more
