Have been having chipotle for years at dozens of different locations between many states. Average experience at chipotle. Nothing to brag about, the staff was super friendly like other chipotles I have been too. The... dining area was a mess because the trash cans aren?t visible. So people were just leaving the trash/ trays on the tables. Alsothe place is on a busy corner and connected to the mall yet the dining area is built for how busy the location is. Very crammedseating arrangements. Upon checkout the cashier kept trying to charge me for guacamole and extra meat even though I told herthat?s not what I got. We are visiting the river center for a conference, and decided to order food through the Chipotle app on Tuesday night. The... order did not have our chips and Queso or chips and Guacamole when delivered, and the delivery driver went back to get the chipsand they refused to let him in (well before closing) and told him through the door that they were out of chips, so we wouldn?tbe getting what we ordered. It was very clear on the receipt that we were charged for the 2 orders. We have reached out severaltimes to this location to get a refund for the items we did not receive and no one will return our calls. Additionally, we triedto visit for lunch on Wednesday during our break from our conference. It was noon on a Wednesday. The front doors were lockedand we could see several staff members sitting in chairs in the dining room staring at us as we tried to open the doors. I?m notsure who manages this store or who the proprietor is, but this location lost THOUSANDS of dollars by closing their doors forthis particular lunch rush. I had her double wrap it... just like I wanted to double wrap my arms around her and embrace her for the work of art she passed down that line. What is lovesome people ask? I found it here for work in San Antonio at a chipotle watching the ?god? burrito be created. Maybe this burritowill help Ukraine?
