These positive reviews must be from friends & family members... Haven't had Chipotle in a couple of years. This experience has... put them on my NO GO List... To start, this salad looks as though it was Thrown into the container... these black beans are WayToo HARD. They RUIN the salad. It's terrible! My salad is HALFWAY FULL & consists MOSTLY of THESE HARD A. BEANS! Then to addinsult to injury, they didn't drain the Bean Juice off, Just Put Wet Beans in a paper bowl. It was already half Soggy when Ireceived it. Had to Drain My Salad to put any dressing on it... Wendy's makes a better salad than this and I hate Wendy's!!!What really ticks me off is that this is a Medical Center Location! The real estate is High over here! I EXPECT BETTER SERVICE,BETTER QUALITY FOOD & PRESENTATION. Period. Just Trifiling! Get it together. I'm calling the corporate office. I'm highly tickedoff!!! Read more

Constant movement. Very busy but organized. Location was well kept and there was plenty of seating available when we went to... dine in. Freshly prepared food was continuously being brought out so they wouldn't run out. They were out of stock with blackbeans and bowl lids. There was music playing, a bit loud, but trendy. Thanks! I ordered through door dash when I was desperately hungry at work and my order came incorrect. They put sour cream on my bowl... and I absolutely hate it, I gave the bowl away to a co-worker. Door dash was no help and did not refund. I called and spoke toCody who was absolutely exceptional! He made me feel so important and offered to replace the order! Well done! They got our entire order wrong. There's a sticker on each item and they couldn't get it right. My bowl should have had corn... added and extra cheese, got neither. Husband's burrito was completely wrong and had tomato when he is allergic to tomato. Triedto call, can't get a live person on the phone. Husband went online and they offered a coupon for a buy one get one entree. Areyou kidding me? You guys messed up the whole order and instead of a refund or a remake you offer a stupid coupon with theexpectation we will be spending MORE of our money on your overpriced mess ups? No way. We'll be going in person to get our wrongorder refunded. Thanks for wasting our gas money. Read more

Came on a Saturday night and it was busy, totally expected. The line was 10-15 people long and it took us 40 minutes to get... through it. That?s 3-4 minutes per person, which is really slow. The staff was unorganized, switching from station to stationoften. Online orders appeared to be prioritized more than the people in the store which seems backwards since we are waiting inperson. Once we did order the staff were rude and unprofessional, which put the nail in the coffin for us. We will not becoming back in the future. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was good once we got it, but the service sucks. Read more

First, I must say that this is the first time I've ever given this place a single star. I used to regularly visit this location... and it was always superior. I also must say the last time I visited was prior to COVID. This time was surprisingly awful. It wasnot packed at around 2:30. Still, the person making my salad was rude. When I paid, they failed to provide napkins. I checkednear the drink station but there weren't any napkins there either. I returned to ask the cashier for some napkins and she seemedfrustrated that I asked. I was so focused on the napkins that I didn't realize she also didn't include the chips I ordered andpaid for. Unfortunately, I was already at the hospital when I realized. Again, normally, this place was wonderful. I how thiswas simply a fluke. I hope they get it together soon. This location always feels dirty. Tables are always messy. I feel like they never refill there food items. I always get yellow... lettuce. YELLOW. How fresh can that even be? Plus I only get like 5 pieces of meat, half of which are all fat which proves mytheory that no one there refills anything. Read more

I will never order from this chipotle again anywhere near lunch time. Never had an issue with the quality here but the past 4-5... times I have come my order was ready at least 10-15 minutes after pickup time. Today it was supposed to be ready at 11:40am andI?m typing this at 12p. The line for pickup is longer than the actual line. Pretty disappointing. Read more
