Poor quality on the new Garlic Guajillo Steak. Ordered double meat on a burrito and 95% of it was gristle. Paid $18 for a... burrito that was so full of gristle it was inedible. The quality of the meat was beyond sub par for what I had paid. Willdefinitely not be going back nor will I recommend to anyone to visit in the future. Was left beyond disappointed anddissatisfied. I was truly disappointed with the service I got here. Maybe I should say lack of service. First, I tried calling the number... online and couldn't get an answer so I went in to inquire about placing a large order and couldn't believe they couldn'taccommodate me with an order including a large amount of children's meals. They gave me an 800# and couldn't believe that theydidn't help either. I don't understand. I wasn't asking for a handout.
