This is a very nice location! I really liked the general atmosphere and look of the place, the staff were all very friendly and... the food all tasted good. Ordered a burrito bowl. Asked for chicken for my protein and they gave me chicken that was sitting there for a while instead of... giving me fresh chicken. Asked for sour cream and looked like the container was empty and the lady was trying so hard to use thelittle amount of sour cream she had instead of getting a fresh one from the back. Guacamole portion was small and I?m going tobe paying an additional $2.65 for a small portion? Cashier almost gave me a burrito bowl without bagging it for me until sheasked last minute if I wanted a bag. Most likely won?t be coming to this location for a while. Read more

I like the ingredients but the store doesn't appear to be managed. My online order was eventually made after waiting there for... an hour and 10 minutes. They choose to only make in person orders. Attached is a photo showing the online order crowd. Go inperson if you want to eat here, or enjoy the thrill of discovery to see if online orders are being made that day. Read more

Filthiest location I have EVER visited. I can?t believe how dirty this place was. The lady that was making orders, went to... refill a few things, touched the dirty food containers, then touched the fridge handles, then came back and continued fulfillingorders with the same gloves. Takes an eye blink to switch your gloves to a clean pair. I made the mistake and finished ordering,but as soon as I get home this bag is going in the trash. I?m afraid to get sick from eating food that was prepared on such afilthy table. I truly feel bad for the few workers that are trying to make it work. Management needs to hire extra help or takesmall breaks to clean the area. Read more

I personally don?t mess with chipotle, I tried it once and didn?t like it. What I will say is they lack completely in... cleanliness! I would have taken more images but there was so much going on. It seems to be this chipotle is being served byyounger people. Management of this chipotle please do better! As a previous food supervisor, it hurts to see a kitchen , floorand dining environment this filthy! The time for service is slow here. I can?t seem to image if by chance mold is forming in theback fridge. I personally would completely pass on this location! Read more

This place is horrible. Poor management. Had everybody cleaning at 8:30 pm while their was flood of people a line out the door.... Keep in mind the store closes at 10pm. It?s like they were rushing just to go home instead of helping the customers. They didnot properly made our quesadillas it was flat as a pancake as the picture shows. Then my boyfriend bowl was just very bad aswell not enough rice to my bowl. Our food was cold and not properly made. My order was over 40 mins late. They had four peopleand only one was taking orders and making them. Portions were not properly packaged or made. Not what expected and everythingwas just dis organized. Awful customer service by staff. Went in today to find needing to wait for steak because they don't know how to cook steak... timely for their orders. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, but after 20 minutes of watching him cook and cut up thesteak they took the whole bucket of steak to the back to fulfill online orders.... While 15 people had been waiting in line for20 minutes!!! The management had even been peeking out of the back to look at the line and then came and took all the steakleaving us to wait even longer. Turned out to be for one gigantic order, and instead of managing that order by letting thatperson know it would take a while to serve such a large order, they decided to serve it first and hold the entire restaurant up.I was picking up to-go and was there for over 30 minutes. If you want to wait 30 mins AFTER your promised pick up time, this is the Chipotle for you! I?ve eaten at this location... multiple times a week for almost 7 years and until a few months ago I?d have given 5 stars. It?s completely fallen apart. Theonline/app order bags are stashed behind the counter vs the shelves for pick up (was someone stealing them?) and you have towait until they?re not busy with customers who haven?t paid yet to ask your name. This isn?t an isolated incident, this is nowevery night here. 10+ people standing around wondering why they?re food?s not ready when the app said it would be and rude,impatient, over-busy employees who don?t really have time to help them.
