To Go orders need to be monitored more closely. I showed up to get mine and it was "stolen". I had to wait another 7-8 mins... for them to prepare my order again. Chipotle loses revenue and I lose time having to wait. This instance aside - the food wasawesome. Read more

I ordered through the app which was obviously a big mistake because everything was wrong on my order, and I didn't notice until... I made the 20 minute drive back home. I got a guacamole burrito bowl. The items I wanted extra of didn't seem to be extra, andthere was legit no guacamole. THEN the burrito I ordered had ingredients I didn't ask for, AND I paid for guacamole which therewas NONE of. Seriously?? I paid $9 for a guacamole bowl and didn't even get any guacamole. Had to wait half an hour past the asking time of the order, which I didn?t mind, but then my food was made incorrectly despite... me ordering on the app and the workers having clear instruction. I double checked to make sure I didn?t accidentally order itwrong and I didn?t. my partner?s burrito was also super small compared to normal, and at $10 a burrito, you definitely noticethe difference. When I first started going to this Chipotles years ago they were very good. Over the past 2 years they have gone down hill... tremendously. I understand alot of places are short staff but given out food that has been paid for, messy and poorly made thatyou wouldn't serve your mother is just not acceptable. I keep going back to them and given another try but as far as ordering online and picking my food up I won't ever do again. My food has been prepared horribly each and every time I have gotten it sonow if I go, IF; I will just walk inside so I can see my food being made. Read more

***Military discount in Uniform only*** The trees at the front of the building made it difficult to find. If I didn't have... Google Maps guiding the way, I would never have known this Chipotle was here. Parking is decent. They have an outdoor patiothay you can enjoy your meals. We loved it out there. The veiw isn't the best but it is better then sitting inside. The foodwas fresh and the staff were very friendly. I was disappointed to find that the Military discount is not the same at allfranchises. At this franchise, you must be in uniform. Not a problem, just caught me off guard. The portions were smallerthen the 50 other locations but when your kids ask for Chipotle, you get them Chipotle! Flavor was the same which is always awin!! The store was clean and well staffed!
