I had came here since its been a long time. There is alot of parking and wheelchair accessibility here. The employees were very... nice and friendly. I had gotten the 3 for $10.99 as I chose lemonade, chips and salsa and old timer burger. The food was agood too. Read more
I love chilis but this has been by far the worst one I have been to. Chips and Salsa where old. Salsa was spilled over the chips... and the waiter was like my bad. Food came out cold Chicken wasn?t cooked fully, beef was over cooked (burnt) and the Shrimp wasok. Come time to check out I started to pay my total was one amount it kick me out went to pay again it was a higher amount. Iasked the waitress about it and got a whole attitude. Horrible service, attitudes...never going back to this Chili's. Very disappointed. We were seated immediately and then we asked... about the Happy Drinks Specials, was told that it was only at the bar. So we moved to the bar. Once seated in the bar area, in abooth it took 30 minutes to get service and that's because my friend was upset. Our waitress Kayla was horrible. If we saw twicethat was too many. Even the manager and assistant manager had to take care of us. Very poor service. Food was mediocre... Can'texpect much customer service from younger generation . I had the Margarita Grilled Chicken.. from the ?3 for me? menu.. it was perfect.. plenty.. I had to take home half of it,... because I had 3 dip chips as starter, the Skillet Queso is tasty!!
