Who is the operator of this location? Check in on your store. By far THE Worst customer service. When placing an order the... manager, Abdul, acted as if it was an inconvenience to replace grilled chicken with spicy, when I?ve done it before at everylocation, including this one. I understand that y'all might be low on staff but I was willing to wait. When I called back toaddress why this time, they were unwilling to make my order the way I requested he was being smart in regards to how he answeredand came across disrespectful. I don't recommend this location at all by far the worst one. Go to the rim or Alamo ranch it'sworth the drive. I also asked to speak to whoever is above him in regards to the order and his disposition and he rudely responded "there's no one above me". I highly doubt that but again worst location and staff make guest feel like aninconvenience!!!!! Read more

Went for curbside. No one came out after 10 minutes. They put my food on the shelf for indoor pick up. The staff didn't... apologize for it. And they did not give me my condiments. Very disappointed. And I was only in the medical center because I wassick. Screw this location. Read more

This location is super close to the hospital, in walking distance. As with all chick-fil-As the food is great. I was... surprised when I went in the third time the cashier sited my order without me saying a word. And then said my name. Nowthat's impressive. Chick-fil-A holds high standards for all of it's locations, and this one exceeded such. Thank you foryour kindness, professionalism, and great memory! Read more

This is one of the busiest locations in my opinion. This is my first time here since its been newly remodeled. It does not... meet thr chick fil a standard that other locations hold up well. This location is messy, the floors and tables are gross, thestaff isn't friendly they seem overwhelmed. They focus more on drive through than the people inside. I would only come to thislocation if I didn't have a choice. Food was excellent though!! Read more

Chicken "Strips" were the size of Nuggets (pictured). Chicken Sandwich was the size of breakfast Sandwich (not pictured). I love... CFA but was disappointed with this location. Maybe they were running low on food during lunch rush and figured they'd just servethe smaller portions to get by? Read more

I ordered on the mobile app. Just 5 piece nuggets. Check them before you leave. I got 3 and a bunch of fried crumbs. Very... disappointed. The little fried pieces didn't even have chicken which in a way I would have understood if it counted as a nuggetbut it was all fried ends. Read more

When I ordered through the drive thru I ordered 2 separate spicy chicken sandwiches. One as a meal, and one just by itself with... fries. I explained to the guy that took my order that I wanted to use my points to take off the sandwich that?s was by itself.He said okay and told us the total ($13.65) and since we were paying with cash they would help us at the window. When at thewindow they asked for the name, we paid, and they gave us our food. As we were driving off we noticed they forgot the sandwichwe used points for. We stopped and said ?excuse me? when the manager came out she asked to check the bag then said she would beright back. I parked and ended up having to go inside. When I got inside I was explained that the receipt was chargedincorrectly and the items were all sold separately. I explained the coupon was to be applied to a regular spicy sandwich. Not adeduction from the meal that was never charged as a meal. I was told that it was my fault for not explaining my order even thouthere was just a meal and a reward points sandwich being purchased. The assistant manager stood there badgering me about thembeing right and me ordering wrong for about 3 minutes? after some time of her explaining she just walked away and left me in thelobby, she grabbed the manager ?nick? and he came to me with the original receipt in hand that I never received from the window.He explained the same stuff as she did and told me not to yell at the employees from the drive thru window. After himobnoxiously telling me to not too do it again. I corrected him and told him I was getting the young lady?s attention. After afew minutes of him belittling me he asked if my order was read back to me at all. I said no and he said then ?that was ourmistake?. So he gave me my correct sandwich and finally allowed me to leave with the original receipt stuffed in the newbag.
