I really did not appreciate , the order taker before the menu at the drive thru. I ordered , then saw something on the menu I... would have really liked, but at that point my order was placed , my card taken , and had a receipt in hand. Could be that I amnot familiar with the menu but a few minutes to decide would have been great. The sandwich was "MAN HANDLED" it looked like someone pressed their anxiety on it. I ordered through the drive through for lunch and forgot my wallet at work. The attendant Michael who took my order advised me... that I can use Apple Pay. I had no idea how to use that on my phone but knew it was set up. He showed me how to pull it up andpay for my order. I love the customer service I always received there and especially today. Very thankful I didn?t have to driveall the way back to work for my wallet. The service and great food is why I will always continue to be a loyal customer. Read more
I haven't eaten Chick-fil-A in over a year after a bad experience waiting for over an hour at a different location only for them... to lose my other online. Normally I ask myself "is their chicken worth the wait?" As the lines are impeccably long at mostlocations. This time was different. Undertaking arduous trials, we needed energy. I love going to Chick-fil-A but time and time again, I get a trip with bad fries and this is one of them. Chick-fil-A really... needs to be stepping up and making sure their fries are actually the indicated size because this is a medium, if not small fryfor the price of a large fry. Read more
By far the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. I placed a mobile order on my app as I've been doing for years. The person that... "assisted" (me I use that word lightly) couldn't find my order. I gave him my phone displaying the order and he still hadproblems. His co-workers told him to go inside and get help....great co-workers...That is not the Navy way, but to each theirown. He finally tells me to drive around. I wait another 15 minutes for an order of medium waffle fries at the window becausethey found out he changed the name and vehicle type for no reason known to anyone. After spending almost an half hour for wafflefries on a slow day I emailed corporate and got a very generic response not addressing the issue at all. Thank for encouragingme to get rid of all my rewards points and become a loyal Cane's and Bush's supporters which openly advertise their militarydiscounts and encourage us to use them. My family and I went through the drive thru at this location and took home our order. My sister noticed that her gluten-free bun... was clearly molded. We reached out to customer service through the app, and we never heard feedback from anyone. I have neverhad this happen at any location. I'm always amazed at how fast the line and service is here. It doesn't matter how long the line is, it moves along pretty... quickly. And the chicken nuggets make any wait worthwhile. The new shake is worth trying out . Read more
