Counted approximately 10 employees. Seemed they were at social gathering instead of work. Drive thru took over 20 minutes to get... food. We're t going to get drinks if we wouldn't of reminded. Young manager needs training, he was part of the social gathering.I'm my opinion half of the staff should be enough to run shift to avoid the teenage gathering. Well sad to say this was my first and may be my last time at this location. The fries were hard and cold, the tomato slices... were over ripe ( you know that dark red mushy kind). The sandwich was ok, but definitely had better. Save your money, just goto whataburger it really close to this location. P.S. Soda was mildly carbonated... : ( x2 Read more
I normally love Chick-fil-a, but this location won't let you order inside after 9 o'clock. They tell everyone to get in the... drive through or order curbside, which is annoying when you're trying to not waste gas. Read more
We went to pick up our food and like always it was busy. People y'all need to be careful with the employees delivering thr meal... to your car our server almost got hit by a big truck the driver didn't even look around to see if anyone crossing to deliver thefood he was just in a hurry. To get a place to park that big truck. This is just a privilege for this service let's protectthese employees and make sure there is no one crossing the street delivering the food. For the first time ever at Chick-Fil-A I received horrible service. My milkshake was very runny and when I got the second one it... looked like they just put new whipped cream on the top and made it look more presentable. When I asked for another milkshakethe manager argued with me saying that?s how they come. That is not true and the third shake was just fine. The food was alsocold and when I let the manager know she gave me a look and then just took the bag without saying anything. It seemed like themanager was putting food costs over customer service and her tactics were trickling down to her employees. Read more

They always have my online order ready here as soon as I arrive. As a teacher, it?s awesome to get your food on time and still... enjoy it without being in a rush for your next class. It?s the best, I love the customer service here, they never forget asauce, they always have everything neatly packaged instead of just throw in the bag.
