If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered at 10am it's 12:15pm and I still haven't gotten my food. Manager admitted to it being... their fault. No refund or anything was offered just that the food is on its way. We are a big office and always order there. Allof our lunch's are at 11:45 and only 30mins. We all had to get other food here some of us didn't haven money to buy more andcouldn't eat. It's a hospital setting so we can't just eat at our desk. I'm very disappointed! I can't believe the service.Then I get my order at 12:45pm and they forgot 2 of my orders. I called again and they said will do you want 2 other salads.It?s 1:50pm still waiting on my food. For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns... you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything wgluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chickenbecause we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I onlygave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I?d theywould?ve known the turn out would?ve been most splendid. Note: This location is inside the USAA building and is not publicly accessible. Always a great meal at Chick-fil-A! This... on-premises location has consistently great food that is on par (even occasionally above-par) with normal stand alonerestaurants. Food is not and the staff is happ y to customize (cheese, extra pickles, etc.) the standard faire whenasked. Always a line but, always worth the wait! Read more

It is 2015. Time to clean that gross chicken cooker. The nuggets I got tonight were honestly blackened and tasted like they were... cooked over at the Long Johns Silver waste grease barrel.
