I visited this location with my dear friend Ms. Demore. She ordered the kale salad and 8pc nuggets, I had the frozen lemonade,... southwest salad and fries w/Polynesian sauce. I gave the service 3 stars because I found myself going to the counter a fewtimes fur missing items or items not cleaned. Read more
I ordered a small family chicken nugget tray for my family that is sick with the flu. I got home and realized the tray was... missing. I came back to the restaurant inside and gently and calmly let the front staff know I had ordered through the drivethrough but was missing the tray from my order. The cashier was kind but her female supervisor was aggressive in the way sheresponded, I told her I had no reason to lie and was about to suggest checking the cameras. The supervisor said no, she wouldremake the whole thing but she was sure she had personally put the nuggets below the fries. She spoke ugly to me and to thecashier. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. At least i got the food I paid for but I felt like this is not the typicalChick-fil-A service I am used to. Nice and clean restaurant and fast service. Staff greeted everyone as you came in and thanked you for coming when you left.
Food is excellent. Inside service is efficient and friendly. Two lanes of ordering to go is odd because merges into one lane -... only one pickup window. Also hard to get in to dine in because small lot with two lanes of to go ordering. Nobody can brat anoriginal chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A. It's the secret way they make it. And the waffle fries are bomb - not greasy or toosalty. Probably the healthiest fries in all of the fast food kingdom. Read more
