WHY WOULD YOU HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS??? My wife usually have a wonderful experience at every chick-fil-a. However today this... black lady with a red top I'm assuming is the manager, was giving attitude and her face was like I don't even want to be workinghere. Firstly she didn't do a good job of looking for our order we had to give her the order number and then she mentioned hewas going to take about 5 minutes. After that she gave us our order and we had to check to see if there was stuff missing andthere was obviously drinks missing so they said okay we still need a few more minutes but then when that order came they did noteven tell us that the rest of our order was still being made they just gave us our order and walked away. When I came back againa second time the black lady was like having a bad attitude and acting like she don't want to be there. If you're going to be amanager maybe the leader you better have a good attitude! It was obvious by her leadership that everyone else was having a badattitude as well. After checking the third time we were still missing stuff and they didn't even check we were doing their joband we're not supposed to be doing their job what the hell?? I have to say bad job on the Chick-fil-A corporation for hiringsomebody like this because we have never seen anybody with this type of attitude or store where everybody is following the leadattitude which was horrible attitude and not double checking the orders not giving the courtesy of telling us that are order isnot complete please wait and don't drive off this is something that is doesn't need to be said this is just customer servicewhich is horrible here this lady should not work at Chick-fil-A because she does not walk in the Chick-fil-A attitude that I'vealways seen in San antonio. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The place is kept very clean. I come here a lot, because I work in the mall, and I almost... always see the same busser/staff. He is very nice and truly cares about the customers, offering to clean up, and goes out of hisway to create the best possible customer service experience. He works very hard. Often pretty crowded. Just remember that it doesn't have a drive thru. Not a good experience to see the end of the line right at... the entrance, but the food quality is pretty much the same as other locations. Read more
While at work it's nice to pop in for a fresh salad. The restaurant has been clean every time I stop in for lunch. Everyone but... Todd has been kind and helpful. Just this one guy wears headphones, ignores us, doesn't engage, very dismissive and rude tocustomers. It's not hard to acknowledge someone when they say thank you. Other than the one bad apple, the rest have been great.Food has been fresh and the salads are great. Read more
Horrible Experience. Service was terrible. Light Skin Lady with red braids giving me an ugly face and attitude when ordering. I... was not asked what sauces I would like. Had to clean the table ourselves. Had to get our order ourselves instead of bringing itto us. You guys in the fast food industry want better pay but cannot provide good service. Will not be coming here again andafter reading all the 1 star reviews I?m glad that I?m not the only one that had bad service, messy tables, and rude workers. By far the most worst Chick-fil-A, I?ve been to. There was soda spilled all over the floor when we walked in and remained there... the entire time we were there (about an hour). We had to clean our own tables using hand sanitizer because they were superdirty. When we ordered our food, my wife?s salad had mold on her fruit. They gave us another one but it had mold on it aswell. Everything about this place was dirty and gross! Strongly recommend you go somewhere else to eat. And that they hire anadult to manage this place. During our visit we only noticed that they had young high school kids working at the time. Noadults supervising. Read more
I didn't like this Chick-fil-A location. The chicken strips were too small and looked like they had been sitting there for a... while. They didn't look nice and golden. It's not like them to present customers with food that looks like this. I was verydisappointed in them. Needless to say, I counted my losses because it was too far to go back.???????? Read more
I've been going to this Chick-fil-A for a very long time. The people here are always awesome and the service is always great!... They are doing a little Reno right now but you wouldn't be able to tell because it's kept very clean! Read more
