This franchise owner should be disbarred from owning such a reputable franchise. How the hell do you not offer salads. I?ve... eaten Chick-fil-A probably few hundred times and I?ve never seen a store just flat out stop offering salad. When I asked whythey stop selling salads they said staffing issues. If you have staffing issues you should push meals that can be pre-made likea Cobb Salad. Now they aren?t even open for breakfast. Read more
I went to the drive-thru and ordered two items. 1 milkshake and a order of waffle fries. The waffle fries were cold the... milkshake was prepared wrong. A fast place restaurant like this I would have thought never had cold fries. I think they gave methese on purpose and it's very disappointing. Unfortunately once I got on the highway and went to eat one I realized it. I askedfor no whip no cherry. But got the shake and had both. Two simple items and they got that wrong!!! And with covid still going onI don't like the fact that cashiers are standing outside taken orders by coming up to your window unmasked. Let me just go tothe board if you can't put a mask on talking to me through my car window. Very disappointed in the whole experience there. Read more
Twice, I?ve been through the drive thru. Specifically for their iced coffee. The coffee isn?t bad, it?s actually good.
Every time I come to this drive thru, I regret making this mistake again. This is consistently the SLOWEST chick-fil-a, and as a... mom, I am a frequent customer of chick-fil-as. The car line is often out to the street, which is really unsafe! I wish it wasn?tthe closest to my house. I avoid it whenever possible, and you should too. I work across from this Chick-fil-A at Phenix Salon Suites. Damon Hair Studios( shameless plug).. Anyways.. My son and I love... going to this location. Really friendly staff and attentive. Food is always good and the place is always clean. Never ever had abad experience...The fries , oh good lord ,,, them fries,,,,they really kicked it up a notch on those fries.. Read more
Unfortunately, this is the only chick fil a I've ever been to that was not up to par. The cashier was very untrained and made... multiple mistakes. They were also not familiar with the mobile app and the rewards program, causing a bunch ofheadaches. Additionally, I mentioned that we received the wrong item, and their response was "that's what you ordered". It wasonly after I displayed the receipt that it was begrudgingly corrected. Don?t eat inside. Looks apocalyptic in there chairs stacked in one corner stuff everywhere. Dirty dirty too, nothing close to... what it was pre COVID19. Terribly disappointed in customer service. Obviously they have shifted from dine in hospitality tocranking out the drive through business. Read more
