It's always a great experience to go there. Customer service is one of the best. Very attentive, they repeated your order and... always ask if you want something else. Mostly of times service is fast and you will be with your order in a few minutes. Noteprices are are higher and portions sizes are smaller. More profit. Read more

I was treated with friendliness and kindness by the front counter employee. A leader also there, started to get closer to her... while I was ordering. Might have been manager based on her different shirt. She took one of the cone away from the frontcounter girl and treated me and the employee very rudely. I asked for more sauce and she snapped back at me with a commentsaying, why do you need more sauce?! As a restaurant worker myself, I was shocked she treated the employee that way in front ofme and proceeded to treat me with such disrespect. Went for lunch to my favorite spot. I notice my salad had a hair. Took it back. The team lead Olivia walk to the back with my... salad. She came back out with her hair up and handed me a salad. Here I was thinking it was a fresh salad. She had the audacityto had me the same salad back with the hair still in it. Team lead Olivia your nasty for doing that. This is no accident. Love this place. Last time we ate at this mall location, service was bad and not much selection. So this time my expectations... were not high. They got my daughters nugget order wrong, when I brought it back, they quickly just gave us the corrected order.Service was better this time, my salad was fresh, and they quickly addresses me, when I approached the counter every time. They gave me salad lettuce on my 2 spicy deluxe, forgot the cheese, old pickles and a burnt patty. I waited over 15 minutes for... 2 sandwiches and the assistant manager Rosie wouldn?t assist over the phone with refunding me after driving 15 minutes home.
