Chikfila has gotten way too popular for its own good. Good luck getting through the drive through, it's like a 6 lane free way.... They practically need traffic lights now and it's a tight squeeze. It's pretty much impossible to get anyone on the phone thereanymore and when ordering from them through the app they always forget the sauce even when you write you want sauce. The onlyway I've been able to get sauce from them is by writing it under every single item in the comment section. Read more

Love cfa and the employees are always so kind, happy and helpful. Service was quick and had no issues. I love this location... because of the fact that every parking spot is a curbside spot. The one I used to go to only had 3 spots and they were alwaystaken up by guests that went inside. And even though it seems chaotic in the parking lot everything seems to run smoothly. Read more

I love chick. I live closest to this location presently. The last three times I?ve gone have been bad experiences but this time... was the worst. I ordered a Cobb salad asking for just no corn and lemons in the bag. My order was repeated to me several timesbut when I got home it was not what I ordered. I got only part of what I ordered. No lemons. And missing ingredients. I STILLwas going to eat the salad. Bc I understand it?s a busy store. I noticed however, while eating a grainy almost sandy liketexture. I looked in the salad and saw actual dirt in my salad. It was an unwashed salad. This could cause food poisoning. Thisis very dangerous. And to pay $10 not get what you ordered and potentially get food poisoning is unforgivable. Very sad. Not allChick-fil-A are like this. Food was decent, I feel like my fries are never quite done all the way. But I prefer extra crispy. Car hops are super... friendly. My only compliant is this location at Bandera & 1604 is too congested... We ended up in their system for almost anhour. Once in there's no getting out. Read more
