The food is top notch of course, but man is this place always packed. Luckily, the staff seem to move things along fairly... quickly so that you're not waiting too long to get your food. Only thing we've had a problem with at this store is they alwaysgive us crispy nuggets when we ask for grilled (my daughter has a wheat allergy). EXCELLENT service from the friendliest employees in fast food southern hospitality. absolutely scrumptious & delectable... breakfast/lunch. no wonder they always have a drive thru line towards the highway. my spicy chicken biscuit was huge, biggerthan normal so i felt lucky that day. rewards are great too. will definitely return to enjoy another breakfast Read more
The closing crew and management at this location are sub par, especially on Monday nights. My partner was misgendered ( being... called a male name) ,instead of asking what the correct name was for an mobile order. Manager of duty found young female crewmember misgendering their guest comical and was also very rude. Chicken nuggets and patties were over-cooked and not edible. Iwent to this location TWICE and received worst service the second time around (including stomach virus symptoms the nextmorning). This location is not keeping up with the standard and that is very disappointing. Maybe a possible schedule changesand retraining may improve the situation. Read more
Everything was good until I was giving my son some more fries and I grabbed a couple and noticed a small spider crawl out. My... husband called and they said nothing can be done since it was through delivery. They also claimed it could?ve been from thedelivery persons car but the bag the fries came in was sealed and hot from all the trapped steam. We usually go thru the mile long drive thru, but we dined in for lunch on February 21st. and were even more disappointed. We did... the mobile order ahead, so when you sit down you enter your table number so they know what table to bring your food. Beforesitting down we had to go get sanitary wipes from the counter as all tables and chairs were disgusting. We should not have toclean up someone else's mess! After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I went to the counter to ask why the long wait and why is thedrive thru moving thru nearly non-stop. The lady behind the counter said their priority is the drive thru because of DoorDashand other similar pick ups and to keep the long drive thru moving. I guess they don't care about dine in customs. We eventuallygot our food and it was good. There were 4 of us and they only gave us 1 ketchup and 1 Chick-fil-A sauce. Why? I had to go askfor more and when I sat down I saw one of them split open and I'm sure full of germs. After seeing how they operate it was verysad. Not a way to run a business. Read more
This place used to have such high standards and quality food. Sadly, it has diminished to a slow and mediocre Chick-Fil-A... location. If you?d want to wait 15 minutes in line and be served soggy and fries that aren?t even filled to the required amountthen this should be your next stop! Read more
Ugh I hate leaving any bad reviews, because I love this location. But upset as my order was not complete, missing fries for my 3... meals. Didnt notice until i arrived home. Other than that no issues, but I mean I paid extra for large fries. Will I returnagain... yes. Read more
