I'm a Dasher and today I arrived to pick up an order for a customer to be delivered and their computer hadn't printed it out... yet. I of course was baffled because it comes out of my pocket if I deliver late. Denise and Tiffany and one other gentlemanthat works there as well jumped on it they handled it I had that order in less than 3 minutes hot fresh with major Hospitalitythey offered me a drink and replacement for what could come out of my pocket, LOL. I just want to say to those three peoplebecause they absolutely turned my day around. A situation that could have ruffled my feathers and kind of started to was turnedinto a very very delightful Smile as I walked out of that Rolling Oak Mall. So again I want to thank denise, tiffany, and theyoung man that handed me the Dr Pepper that also put a smile on my face, and Chick-fil-A as a whole. Ordered a 12 piece nugget which was over cooked and very dry. A side salad for $4 is overpriced for what you get. Menu items... seem to have increased in price but quality of the food is way down. Read more
Had the worst experience ever in any drive thru ever. Asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn't come over, he was less then... 20 feed from me. He sent one of the girls over. As much as I love chick fil a I will never go back to any of them. Read more

4/29/21 Used the app to order a sandwich, fries, and a large frosted lemonade. Did curbside. It was raining out and I pulled... into my spot. After 15 minutes (I was on break by the way) my food came. the kid was not using any protection from the rain andmy frosted lemonade had one of those covers that was open on top so rain was getting in my drink. As he handed me the bag. Whichwas wet! He went to give me the drink. He spilled it inside the basket he was carrying. So he had to go back in and get a newone. Took another 5 minutes for that and he brought me a small!!!! Not a large. At that point I wanted to get out of there. Ilove Chic-fil-a, but this was insane. I am highly displeased at the quality of the food from this restaurant. In addition to the food being crafted carelessly, it was... also old and cold, topped with dead lettuce, and matching bitter tomatoes. Not to mention, we had to suffer through eating drychicken, as NO sauces were provided, although ordered with our three meals. This is by far my WORST experience EVER atChick-Fil-A.
