I never thought I would have to leave a bad review for a Chick-fil-A but this particular location feels more like a McDonald's... or Wendy's than the Number 1 fast food restaurant. Wasted space inside, way too many "curbside pickup" parking spots and thecustomers who are wanting to eat inside are pushed too far away. Most Chick-fil-A's run as a well oil machine, not thislocation. Again it seemed more like McDonald's which I stopped going to decades ago. At least the food is still up to Quality. Read more

Since when did the culture of impeccable customer service go down at Chick-Fil-A? They started off the with ?my pleasure? and... ?thank you? to no ?thank you? and especially ?my pleasure? go away! Customer service was poor starting from the order taker Ireceived no ?thank you? all the way to the person handing my order! Not one ?thank you? or ?my pleasure? was received?! On topof it all, they left out my fries from a combo order I received. I guess you no longer care for business?
