Today September 25,2022. I am disabled person came to ask for a cup of ice water because it was hot outside. And this girl... told it cost 50 cents. I walked away. And was like why charge for a cup of ice water. It shouldn't cost anything. I am veryupset about this. I will not do business with them no more. 1st time there staff seemed unfriendly no smiles.decent sandwich size but not typical original Philly size, fries were typical... nothing different order came pretty quick but the meat was over cooked didn't seem fresh made to order but still was good. Read more

Typically staff is very polite and helpful. Today a woman came in to work, didn't even wash her hands and began working in the... kitchen. Then made us wait bc they put fries in the bag by accident, which we didnt know they had. They demanded the bag backrudely and she yelled at the guy to take the fries out. I don't mind not getting fries, bc we didn't order them. But the way shehandled the situation was very tactless and rude. Read more
Wed,feb 9 we're here right now and we got our food and our wings didn't have any flavor it was very fading and the ranch didn't... like ranch the fries weren't too good either the mango habanero was very sweet and the sweet teriyaki wasn't any flavorfulbarley tasted like teriyaki...all tho the staff was very friendly I appreciate that.
