Fries are small and nasty. The cheese look like it was fake. not a fan.

This was my first time ordering. There was a tiny bit of meat that only covered 3/4 of the sandwich. It wasn't even a cheese... steak. No grilled onions or peppers. I called to complain and only got a full voice mail. I would not recommend at all! Read more

I love Charley's, but recently they've been getting my orders wrong. Like when I ask for jalapeno peppers on my fries and it... says it in the instructions and on my ticket to add jalapenos but there's no jalapenos. And when I'll order the buffalo chickensandwich, I'll ask for no onions and no tomatos. And there still be onions and tomatoes. And sometimes they wouldn't even putthe buffalo sauce on. I've been working on the Riverwalk for four days this holiday weekend and I've eaten here for the majority of the meals I've... had. Each time I've gotten a different Sandwich and each of them are awesome. The fries are great and the strawberry lemonadeis fantastic. The best part are the employees, who recognize me now. Waste of $, asked for extra toppings.. nope so why offer them? Nothing was labeled so forced to open b everyone's plate and... guess. Food wasn't even hot and im less than 7 min away. Spend your time and energy elsewhere. Read more
