Amazing SALADS ???? The best than any place I've had a salad. Lots of flavor and large bowls, so worth it!

First time visiting CAVA. I chose one of the chef curated bowls, the harissa avocado. Spicy and delicious! You can also make... your own bowl with lots of different options for greens and grains. You order at the counter and walk along the line kind oflike a Subway sandwich place and then pay. There are some bottled drinks you can pick up in line or you can get a fountain drinkor water when you pay. I went on a Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. and it was not very busy. I was with a large group of 11 and we wereall able to sit together in one area *Back for the 3rd time. Still delicious. Tried the blueberry lavender drink. Yum. Read more

The place isn't bad, a good selection of meats, the silverware they had available was pretty gross though, they didnt have any... disposable utensils available. I think Pasha's is the better place to eat especially if you have a Pasha express close. Read more

I've seen Cava a few times while visiting the shopping plaza. It's a made to order Mediterranean restaurant primarily focusing... on grains, salads, and pitas. You start with a base (grains, rice, salad, pita), add spreads (hummus, tzatziki, eggplant), addprotein (chicken, falafel, lamb), add toppings (onions, cucumbers, corn avocado, etc...), finish with a dressing (tahini, vinaigrette, dill, etc...). Came with a party and everyone picked either a salad bowl or grain bowl. There's bowls and pitasthat are already designed if you don't want to go fully customized. I opted for the Lentil Avocado bowl with a fewcustomizations. Others started off with a base of either the RightRice or Saffron Rice. I was impressed with the RightRice asit's a mix of lentils, chickpeas, peas, and a small amount of rice flour, but the consistency and flavor tastes just like rice. On all the bowls, there was a very generous amount of ingredients. The greens and all the other toppings were very fresh. Allthe meats looked great. Like most places, you pay a little more for additional ingredients. For the drinks, there's fountaindrinks and teas around the side, so don't think the canned drinks by the register are the only options. This was greatcustomizable Mediterranean food that was healthy at the same time. Both the salad and grain bowls tasted great, so I'll have totry the PIta's next time. Read more

It's like a Chipotle, but with more flavor ???? Cava is my new favorite create-a-bowl restaurant. I've made about 7 different... combinations so far and I love everything they have going on. The tzatsiki (?) sauce is awesome. They have 2 different types ofchicken and like 5 different leafy options for salads. Maybe it's my Caucasian genetics, but every time I bite into the bowl Iget a different flavor explosion opening up my taste buds and saliva glands. Definitely a must try if you haven't yet. Pricesare about the same as you'd expect at Chipotle but the difference is clear once you catch a whiff of the inside. Explore alittle ???? and let me know what you think!! Read more

Very friendly personnel, quick service, fresh food, refreshing beverages, plenty of parking. One significant minus is the... marinated onion - huge unappetizing chunks. Overall, this location is much better than the one on Huebner rd (service and foodquality). Read more
