First impression... I was blown away. I was greeted with a soothing voice and a bright smile as I walked in. She also made a... comment about how adorable my 22 month old daughter was. I was only there to get some Peet's coffee. Walking in knowing I wasgoing into a 'bank'... didn't feel like a bank. I loved seeing the different local art placed around the space. I could seepeople sitting around working on their laptop, talking on the phone and some being helped by a banker. The baristas were quickto assist and made light conversation while I watched my drink be made. Walking around this cafe I saw many meeting rooms youcan use and each seat/seating area had places to plug in/charge. Then I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda, the greeter,about the place. Amazing coffee! Great spot. Good service. Slow to serve. I think management needs to to rearrange the cafe counter so their... baristas are not bumping into each other, then the service would be quicker. It doesn?t make sense to have the blenders side byside and then have them reach over each other to get the syrups. Fix this and your service will be quicker. Read more

I went in the first day and everyone was so friendly. Liz greeted me and I got a tour, some help with my account and a coffee.... She was very pleasant and kind! There menu is pretty awesome and you don?t have to be a Capital One customer to enjoy the cafe.Wonderful place to relax with many comfortable places to read or work. What a lovely place other than star bucks. I went there during their soft opening. I was greeted by very nice people. As I was... told, this cafe is for anyone to relax , work, and collaborate with others. There are conference rooms that you can utilize andgender neutal restrooms. Furthermore, as I'm a Capital One card holder, I get 50% off my order. I would say that is not bad!For non Captial One cardholders, the prices are okay. I'm not a cofee drinker. If you visit this place, post if the prices areright or aligned with other coffee shops in the area. This cafe is great if you're in the area or nearby.
