Went with family, for weekly lunch. Atmosphere great!! Waitress was very good. The salsa set up was great!!! The beef Gordita... and the chicken Puffy Taco were very flavorful. Terrible food, waste of money and time. Complained and the waitress told the manager who never came out to talk to us, too busy... I guess, only 4 tables occupied in the restaurant and they couldn't come out and talk to us, after telling the cashier since thewaitress didn't come back, she came and told us that the manager said we could not get anything else, like it was too bad you'refood was not good. We work hard for our money to waste it. Waitress apologized but not her fault, she was good, they areusually friendly and attentative. Henderson Pass is not any better, complained to the manager also after waiting over 20minutes in the drive thru for 2 tacos and nothing. Gave my tacos to someone else and they kept a $20, never brought me change,told them to give me my money back and I didn't want the tacos that they gave to someone else who probably opened them to seethat they were not there's. :( They lost our business and many others we tell about our experience, don't bother going here. Ordered the chicken flutas and they were served fried to a Crisp, you couldn?t even distinguish what the fried ingredients... inside was. Had to get up and go to the back to order a puffy beef taco and received a beef gordita. Waitress never refilled teaor asked if we needed anything or if there was a problem. Read more

Really nice Mexican food restaurant, almost 100% authentic, some tex-mex options as well. Really good service and great weekday... specials. This location is nicer and bigger than the one on Henderson Pass. Service is better too, you get your food prettyfast. Their breakfast and lunch specials are some of the best in town. Read more

This restaurant took the place of Choke Canyon BBQ, you know the place that got sued by Buckys because they had a cartoon... alligator as their logo that had the same "feel" of a cartoon beaver. Anyway, this is a very authentic Mexican restaurant in thestone oak area. I wouldn't call it a fancy restaurant and it feels like it is a good place to get your fill of food for a veryreasonable price and move on with the rest of your day. When I went I had a burrito that they smothered with a cheese sauce, itwas very good. I didn't have room for dessert but I sure wish I did because the options looked incredible. Read more

I was hungry but tired and decided to go try this new place for me. When I arrived I saw that they had a drive-through and I... really didn?t want to do a dine in, but just take it back to the hotel, eat and relax after a busy day. I ordered some greatchicken fajita nachos and the deluxe platter. (Two cheese enchiladas, one puffy beef taco, Carne Asada, rice and beans.) everything was really delicious and well seasoned and I was so happy I got takeout in my hotel was not far away. Food is very good but the appetizers came out with the dinner plates and order was written correctly as a chicken puffy taco but... the cook prepared a beef puffy taco. Not that big a deal though.
