Do not go through the drive through from this place. I have tons more to say but really upset right now. Just make sure you... check your meal because they will not make it right. Ruined my night finding 2 pieces of hair in my mash potatoes. It was near closing so I couldn?t make it back today. The manager... wanted me to go back another day for only the mashed potatoes when my whole meal was ruined with no sides. I understand he can?treplace the whole family meal although he really should considering how disgusting that is. I asked for a partial refund for theside or if I can get an individual meal the next time I went. Totally disappointed with the customer service. Read more
We had bush before in walzem and had a bad experience. We never went back , that was about 2 years ago, we decided to give this... one in southside a chance since it smell sp good by the Walmart. Well man the service was great! The food was amazing! I woulddefinitely go back again to this location! Read more

Currently On a family road trip from California visiting family here in San Antonio. My family was at target while I wanted to... try places we don?t have in California. Saw this place and got the 10pc family meal with okra , rolls and mashed potatoes. Itwas really good. Chicken was hot and fresh. They also sell fried gizzards. The manager noticed me taking pictures and got totalking to him. He was absolutely nice. He gave me extra spicy and mild seasoning packets. Read more
Where to start? I went through the drive-through this afternoon and and ordered 3 piece and a 2 piece just the chicken no drink... that I get charged more than I'm supposed to. I waited a good while wondering if the guy had taken off with my card and thencome back and I didn't see him go to any other vehicles so I was just waiting and seeing other vehicles getting there orders andleaving. Finally the kid comes and brings me my credit card and food so I'm thinking that is nice hot and fresh. I tipped themand went around to check my receipt because he was quick to crumble up my receipt and seeing that I was overcharged. I wentinside and asked about the prices and the so called manager on duty said that the prices had gone up but when he looked he saidthat I was overcharged. He offered me jalapenos but I opted for rolls. I get back to work and we were going to eat but the foodthat I ordered was nothing near what I had asked for. And my CO worker's food was completely cold. I ordered an additionalfamily fry. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a while and the fries were bad. I called to let the managerknow and he wanted me to come back tomorrow To replace the meal but I have to bring back the entire order. I told them I'm hereuntil midnight and I live on the other side of town and won't be back until next week. He told me to bring my food back at thattime and they will replace it. So I have to keep my food that we ordered somewhere somewhere and bring it back in a week when Icome back to the side of town. This is the 1st time that we've ever had a problem with Busch's chicken.
