You can always rely on this location to keep you waiting in the drive-thru for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes. As long as an hour. It... makes no difference whether you?ve preordered on the app or not, whether it?s the middle of the day or in the evening, whetherthere?s one car in front of you or several?you will be waiting. I have no idea how this has been going on for MONTHS now, but Ifinally felt compelled to leave this feedback. I feel for these workers, I really do. I don?t see this as a reflection of themat all so much as a reflection of their poor leadership and hiring practices. They look and likely are, understaffed. If theyhave an issue hiring/retaining people, maybe some introspection and readjustment is in order. I don?t know what else to sayother than go somewhere else. Read more

Great place to find all your asian culinary needs. Some of the seafood are sketchy. Live blue crabs were actually all dead and... had a bad odor. Fish selection is fresh. Fish all had clear eyes Read more
Called in online order but when I got there to pick it up the employee told me my order would be started after all the people in... the drive though were waited on. How does that work? It doesn?t work for me. Burger Pawn is more like it. Read ALL the badreviews. How does management or better yet, OWNER, not care how dissatisfied all of the these people are? Because they aremerely riding on the coattails of the brand. That?s not the way that a person of integrity runs a restaurant. Yeah I get theymay be understaffed but that?s more than likely because they treat their employees the same way they treat their customers.Stuff does roll downhill after all. I?m embarrassed for them really. The profit that this franchise receives is merely takingand not earning. Shut down, man, or sell it to someone who cares about a job well done. So I did a mobile order at 8:50PM, arrived at Burger King roughly around 9:05. It?s currently 9:34, I already went through the... drive through line and told the young lady that I was here to pick up my mobile order, she instructed me back at 9:22 that theywere making my burgers (total of 2 whoppers and 2 kings, no fries) and to drive around to the front and she would bring out thefood. She then comes out to talk to a coworker and then tells me again that they are making them. She then brings me the food at9:38 but forgets half the order. This is really sad and unprofessional and an hour later at this point to get 4 burgers and 1large fry to a customer. This is why I go to Whataburger over any other place but due to convenience I took a shot and wasextremely let down. Update: so not only did they not apologize for the wait but they actually did get the order wrong on 3 outof the 4 burgers. This is some top shelf performance right here. Read more
Sometimes I ask myself when I?m sitting in line at the drive thru why I even come here. I always think it?s going to be fast... since I live close by but if you?ve worked fast food in Hs you can pick out what?s wrong. I?m not usually one to nitpick likethis but a few days ago I ordered a Burger King jalapeño whopper melt. I got to the second window and they forgot my order..great. I just say whopper thinking they prolly mixed my order up. Nope. They gave some generic sad whopper (see pic) now fastforward to now 6:45 pm I?m ordering a small Fry and 8pc nuggets. As I?m sitting here in the drive thru I notice how long it?staking. I?m thinking that?s okay cause Usually when there?s a wait they?re cooking fries fresh or someone?s order is needing tobe made. Cool. Once I finally get to the window I noticed about 4 people at the front twiddling their thumbs talking while I seemy order sitting there. I?m thinking okay maybe they have the nuggets in the fryer or we?re waiting on fries. Nah turns out it?sbeen sitting there getting cold and someone finally notices and hands my my order. Mind you I had to ask for ranch even thoughthey asked me initially what sauce I wanted? so of course they couldn?t even remember to put that in my order. C?mon guys it?snot that hard. Seriously.
