Upon entering restaurant the smell of sewage was evident. 1-5 people were present. I ordered a simple combo, no additions or... deletions to the order. Was dining in, but the order took 27 mins before they placed the tray in front of me. The soda had toomuch co2 in it, the fries were a little better than Luke warm & the sandwich was put together by someone with severe arthritis.Lettuce tomatoes mayo &pickle were plopped to one side of bun. My mom and I went to this Burger King a couple of nights ago and I swear to God, it seemed like the two women that were working... there had to been smoking crack! They were worthless. I sat outside at that order machine for about 30 minutes trying to placemy order because every time I would give an item I would not get any reply back so I did not know if they understood me. Didthey put it in the computer? Did they hear me I didn?t know so finally we get through that grueling process and get to thewindow and of course they had no idea what I had to order.Because both of them looked like they were blasted out of their mind.They were dropping the food, they dropped our Oreo shakes, it was a big mess? horrible. I do not recommend!! Do NOT go eatthere. That is unless you want to have a sorry, nasty meal, and on top of all of that they got my burgers 100% wrong. So I endedup throwing them out and I did not even eat that night. Waste of my money. I will never go to this Burger King ever again. Theycan have fun smoking all the crack that they like there. Ordered the Big King combo, double bacon cheeseburger, and 2 16 piece nuggets. Both burgers were horrible. Meat tasted bad and... was cold and very dry, lettuce was sour, sauce was bad too. Fries looked and felt like they were made of playdough. Got 2 bagsof nuggets, but only 8 iin one and 4 in the other. I was shorted on condiments for the nuggets too. Never again! Read more

Stood at the register with no customers for over 20 minutes waiting for a sprite and apple juice. The manager kept walking by... ignoring me with this smug look on her face. If your unhappy with your job go find work elsewhere. In my 45 years alive I'venever been in a worse Burger King and that says a lot seeing as I've lived in 6 different states AND been overseas. I couldunderstand if the place was packed but there was literally only one couple inside eating. This is just poor work ethic. If yourthe manager your also doing scheduling. If you don't want to work, schedule at PT employee to work the register and deal withcustomers. Read more
So I ordered a few items online, get home and had something missing. I called the store a few times to let them know and no... answer. So I go back and they knew exactly what I was coming back for. What is so hard about yall checking the bags andcommunicating to each other to let yourselves know everything's in bag? It's ridiculous!
