Would have been a 5 star review except for some reason every time I ask for extra onions they seem to give me less than normal.... I got a huge amount of pickles (not complaining) but maybe like 4 small thin ringlets of onions. I drive about 13 miles forBurger King's flame broiled burgers, they're that good ???? just wished I didn't have to go home and fix it to my liking. Read more
This Burger king is the worst restaurant ever. Went yesterday. The employee working on dining room register. Was the worst... employee. Totop off got my order wrong waited 30 minutes then I went and ask him for my order rudely told me it's come they werewaiting on fries. Then he left the area and no one could find him. I ask the other employee working the window for him. Shecompletely ignored me. I told my friends to get her money back for we can leave. I plan to call the health department. I was just there and the staff was so friendly even though you could tell they are short staffed they went above and beyond to... make all the food fresh. And kept positive attitudes about he whole time. Great team work ladies. Read more
I went to this BK since it was omw home to the 410/Vance Jackson area. It was a few minutes of a wait but no problem. I asked... for no ketchup, the only request. What I ended up with was just a big disappointment. Especially since I was severely secretlycraving a BK burger. My hubby's fish burger was good according to him, since I am allergic to fish. My fries were cold butwasn't a deal breaker to me. MY BURGER ????????patty was burned,there was mustard not mayo the way it usually comes. The pictureshows how it came. No lettuce or tomato. I went to your franchise location at 5007 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78229 on 7/19 at approximately 12:25 pm. I sat in your... drive-thru line at the intercom for over 10 minutes and no one came on to take my order. I then pulled around to the window andwas greeted by a male employee who asked what I had ordered. When I informed him that I had not ordered yet as no one came overthe intercom to take my order. He just said "oh". I asked if I could order now. He replied with wait a minute and let me see. The employee then disappeared for a few more minutes into the back of the restaurant to talk to the manager. Next thing I knowthe employee is back up front with the manager. The manager is on the front line actively eating a chocolate chip cookie whilewearing her food serving gloves. It was at this point, that I waved at them through the window to let them know that they hadnow wasted approximately 20 minutes of my limited lunch hour, I still had not ordered, and would not be ordering based on theservice that I had already received and the disgusting situation that I just saw from the manager. This situation needs to beaddressed immediately. Please alert whomever you need to and the owner of the franchise. I have worked food service before andthe Health Department would have a heyday with what I witnessed this afternoon. Read more
I took away one star because, on our second visit in one week, they gave us the wrong order. We ordered the Texas Double Whopper... which was A FANTASTIC burger the first time we went to this location. Second time we had to take the Burger back not just once,but twice. If you get it done correctly, it has bacon, jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, 2 slices of cheese, 2 hamburgerpatties and it is char broiled! Yummy and equal to or greater than any What-a-Burger EVER! I mean, really, Burger King couldjust sell the Texas Double Whopper, fully loaded, and we would be there one or two times every week. I even made my husband stopon the way home from a hospital procedure to get one. NOTE: when I got home, I read my discharge paperwork and I was supposed toeat "light" the whole day!! I ratted myself out to my cardiologist and he said he was OK with that, and after we described theTexas Double Whopper to him, he actually got one! Anyway, the star was taken away because we had to return twice to have theorder corrected, and even though the Manager talked the guy through it, he got it wrong not once, but twice. She did, however,comp us a piece of pie that was more-than-fantastic and we did go back again and get it. Read more

Establishment was apparently closed at 9:25pm, although confirmed open hours are until 11:30pm. All lights were on and employees... could be seen inside the restaurant. All customers at the drive-thru speaker and window were ignored and the doors were locked.No sign explaining the closure was posted. Called BK customer service line to make sure the franchisee is made aware of thesituation. Your business will not survive with such blatant neglect. Read more
