Crew not very interested in taking care of their customers. They were mostly talking to each other. Then they tried to serve me... a small tiny double cheeseburger instead of the Double Whopper cheeseburger that I ordered. There were several other peoplethere waiting for their orders and they waited for a long time for them maybe 15 minutes. Not really very good customer service. Read more
Good and fairly fast drive thru. Food good and correct as ordered.
Had a coupon,and they made my order fresh and hot which the staff gave me a shake for the short time I've spent there
The staff was complaining that they always ran out of food and such. The staff was very nice. The service was fast and the... dining area was clean. The soda machine smelled bad, and they seemed to be out of a lot of different soda varieties. The #4 mealwas okay but it didn't wow me. Read more
I waited in drive thru to order. There was a small line but still took 20 minutes to order then when we did order still took... another 35 minutes to get our food. Didn't have a complicated order so couldnt understand why almost an hour later i was stillwaiting on food. Order taken at 7:41 got my food at 8:07. The lady at drive thru spoke very low it was hard to understand herplus after waiting for my food she asked us 2 times what was our order. Im usually patient but 45-50 minutes of a wait isridiculous. The worst app ordering, ever. Waited 31 mins in line, after confirming my order I finally get to the window and they have only... half of what I ordered available. The window guy explained the staff isn't telling him what they're out of and apologizes. Theydon't know how to use my BK APP crowns for an upgrade, the manager lady was nice, but very unhelpful. I'm then at the windowanother 17 mins, because nothing is ready, nothing. Horrible. Food tasted great, fries were awesome. Hot and cooked fully. Read more
As I searched this store I wasn?t even surprised that they had 3 stars. I really don?t know how they haven?t closed. I went... through the drive through with a 3 separate orders, since the lobby was closed. Well they wouldn?t allow me to make 3 orderswhich was a huge inconvenience, so I placed two separate orders and they did not listen to what I was trying to order at all.When I try to correct the young man at the window, some large woman in a wig taking drive thru orders tries to tell him it?sright?no honey most of the items on my order I didn?t even ask for. I ordered three drinks and got charged for four, I onlyordered two burgers?FOUR got put on the order. I don?t know what she heard but she didn?t listen at all. And then when I ask forsauces for the nuggets and other items I ordered they tell me they?re going to have to charge me .81?for things that come withthe food I ALREADY paid for. My order was $40 and they couldn?t give me the sauces. This store is a joke due to the negligenceof its employees. I?ve been in customer service for 10 years and I always take the time to listen to my customers. Somethingthese employees would benefit from.
